This Bissell carpet cleaner and solution was a good purchase decision. Our expectations were exceeded, and it really did a good job. It smelled really good in our condo afterward, too. And, the price was also quite reasonable, making it a good value overall.

great product on carpeting or upholstery. Tip: Use slightly less on upholstery and more on carpeting as the carpeting usually needs a deeper clean. And if you're using a cleaner that has a hester function, try also starting with hotter (not boiling) water. Made a noticeable difference.

I use this a bit differently. I add approximately 1/2 cup to a spray bottle, filling the rest of bottle with water. I spray the carpets before/after vacuuming. On curtains, furniture (material items) as a fresher. I have several pets and it keeps my home smelling fresh... I let my neighbor borrow my vacuum and she said, wow your vacuum smells so good 👍

Very fresh smelling. Removed smoke odor and pet smell. Had a party and guests never knew it was a smoker house. The price was slightly higher than another brand I have used but the quality is the same. My light carpet was very bright. Husband used it on the stairs and the corners were super clean.

This product works welll with my bissll carpet cleaner my carpets and furniture smelled great and it removed pop stains out of my light grey carpet. I used it on my car seats and car carpet and it was very good in removing sticky things left behind from my grandchildren will be buying again

smells great clean wonderfully as it gets the stains out i had syrup on my carpet for a few months and when I cleaned it my goodness I was surprised came right up making my carpet look new where the syrup was as well the sofa ill be buying it as needed its hard c to find a product that really works and this one does

Bissell maybe expensive but the only time you spend that extra money is when you know the product works. I like the Bissell with oxy and the X2, and the cleaner for animals. The Bissell machine is also very easy to use. Bissell is the best. FYI: For your reviews, you need them to be much longer than 300 characters. a customer cannot express themselves with 300 characters. a longer review space for them to respond may surprise you by what they say.

My grandpup gets a bit too excited at times and blooooop, he has a tinkle so we needed a trusty cleaner to keep our carpets and house extra clean. Bissell always wins for me!

I just used this product yesterday. The convenient cap, mild scent, and grime removal from my carpets worked like a charm! I highly recommend this product and brand.

I gave this item 1 star on everything simply because it shows as delivered on August 12th, but it wasn't. I've spoke to 3 or 4 different support agents through the chat and on the phone. Each and everyone of them have told me the exact same thing that i will be refunded and that i will get a confirmation email as well. Only problem is I've been told this since August 12th and i still haven't gotten the refund or email. At this point I'm starting to think that I'm being played with and i don't appreciate it at all.
