BISSELL Pet Urine Stain & Odor Remover, 50 fl oz1992 Fresh Scent

I have a new shelter dog who can't get it through her head that she shouldn't pee on the rugs or the carpeting. When we're up, she goes out every 1 to 2 hours so that isn't the reason and she's also able to sleep through the entire night without messing so that's not it either. I cleaned the carpet twice with a Bissell carpet cleaner using Walmart brand carpet cleaner, and although the carpet looked clean, I was still nervous there might be a lingering scent there. I cleaned the carpet again the other night with the Bissell carpet cleaner and I think it worked. I don't smell any lingering scents. The Bissell carpet cleaner has an odor neutralizer which I think was important to correcting the situation in our family room. Based on the results that I had with this, I'll definitely keep it on hand and I would definitely recommend it. It may be a little bit more expensive than the Great Value brand but it's worth it if it knocks the smell out.

I knew how well this product works because when money wasn't so tight we bought it and I took the cheap route this time and chose something else. What a huge mistake. I literally steam cleaned my carpets three times Last week cause I was cheap! 😡 I bought the bissel and they came clean right away and so did the carpets I also did in addition. Don't cheap out. It lasts a long time and I feel like it leaves a protective residue on the carpet to help prevent future dirt and stains. It smells fantastic and we have 4 dogs. It really did an amazing job. Don't cheap out.

took in a foster maltipoo who was living in squalor with 96 other dogs. He life consisted of living in a crate 24/7, so he knew nothing about being a puppy/dog or even what a kind touch and love was. So, there were many accidents on the living room carpet. We were using all the regular carpet cleaners from previous which didnt get the urine odor out. Having a Bissell cleaner this cleaner was my last resort. First use it wotked fantastic. not only took out the smell, but completely eliminated it leaving a fresh scent. A from me.

My little dog made a mess on the good rug. I bought a simple carpet cleaning machine and this Bissell shampoo. One time over the rug and it was good as new, no more odor or stain. Results so good my granddaughter bought the same machine and shampoo for her house.

This has worked well for us. It does say not to use in portable carpet cleaners which was a bummer for us because that would be much more convenient. Smells good and does leave behind a long lasting scent!

If you have pets in a carpeted home, this is a must. Cleaning a white carpet after our dog makes a mess is so easy with this product. I am always amazed at how clean it makes our carpet. It also has a nice clean scent that is left behind after use.

It cleaned my carpet seemingly pretty well. As far as removing the stench of urine, nope. Made it worse like it just spread it around. I understand there might be suggestions to pretreat the area where your pet peed, but in my case, I have no idea where my cat went in my room. Plus, I don't think it makes much sense to pretreat the area and essentially remove the urine and eliminate it before you use Bissells URINE ELIMINATOR. I'm on a tight budget and $23 down the drain. I bought Natures Miracle enzymatic formula but haven't tried it yet. Hopefully it will fix the stink Bissell did. I gave 2 stars because like I said my carpet does look clean but the smelly mess it caused is no bueno.
