Best thing I've found for removing weeks old pet stains and kid messes. Does slowly help remove old set in stains if you keep going back to it month after month but will not totally take it all away. Smells nice. I put some in a spray bottle to pretreat tough spots and let it sit for 20 minutes or so then go over it thoroughly with the carpet shampooer.

It's a great product. I have 2 dogs and I use it and my floors come out great and fresh smelling. The only thing is, I wish they had a bigger container for the price, but it does last a long time depending on how often You're using your carpet cleaner. I have 2 sets of stairs that I do.And to floors of my house and one container lasts me approximately a month , and I carve it clean quite often

I have brought this item several times because it does the job. Doesn't have a harsh scent actually smells very nice. It powerfully l enough to remove old doggie stains on the carpet. I like to keep my rugs clean therefore I have tried just about every brand there is out there. Bissell has come up with a wonderful rug cleaner that actually gets spots out of your rugs, definitely works on the pets messes, and when you're done it makes your whole house smell wonderful and clean. with Bissell you have to have a Bissell rug machine, which is very easy to use. you don't have to get down on your hands and me in a script in order to get it clean. you mix the reg cleaner exactly the way it states on the bottle in and away you go. one thing I do is I use the Bissell rug cleaner with OXY. COMES OUT looking just like new. Now you are going to have sticker shock. It is expensive, but if you take care of your rug by vacuuming regularly, you will probably clean your rug 3 times a year.Before company, spring cleaning,and before the holidays. I use it all the time and I recommend for other ones to try it also you will be surprised and happy when you're done.

We got this to use in our commercial cleaner and it does a really good job. It even got out old stains that I thought were set in. It doesn't foam up as much as some of the cheaper ones I've used, and doesn't leave a sticky residue. Would definitely purchase again.

I don't know what my dog ate. I don't want to know what my dog ate. All I know is that it was a color not found in nature and it was right in the middle of the kids room. This stuff erased it like it never happened. If you have pets, children, or a husband who spills red wine, you need this. It smells like fresh linen and forgiveness.

I didn't like the fact that this product didn't clean the carpet like it says it does on the bottle, I've bought other Formulas from this brand in the past with good results, so I've tried this thinking it would be stronger than others with it saying Pro Max Clean.

The ad stated that this shampoo was fragrance-free. It is not. As soon as I opened it, I had an instantaneous allergic reaction. I should have sent it back, but never got around to it. It is sitting on my outside porch. Where it has been since I purchased it. Tried to offer it to other people, but no one has carpets anymore. The have hard wood floors.
