the Bissell C C came in fast, so delivery was good. I am just disappointed it had been used. inside plastic bag was wet, so I look at brushes, wet with lint and frayed. not new. did I miss something when I purchased? I didn't know I was buying used .

I wasn't aware that I had actually ordered it. I looked it up, but I thought for the price I was not going to order it so my mistake I will be sending it back.

I was greatly surprised by this product. It did a job very well. It took stains out of my rugs, lipstick eyeliner, and even some more wax. It was down there from melting candle wax. I would it greatly recommend this product to anyone and I look forward to buying it again just look up right who clean my rug looks. I even feel comfortable, letting my great granddaughter sit on it.

used in conjunction with pretreat spray in my Bissell Crosswave. Amazing! i thought I was going to have to get the rugs professionally cleaned after moving furniture. 1 quick run over it and it's SO CLEAN. lighting is better in "after" shots. i didnt plan to l9ve this so much Id want to show b4 and after. before is cropped from a photo.of something else in the room a few weeks ago. stains i tried to clean with other products (bissell included!) for 10 yrs came out with virtually no effort. i used the edge of a swiffer like a carpet rake after cleaning That's next on my list of things i have to buy!

This stuff works great! I had a very dirty high traffic area and this brought it all up! I keep some of the diluted solution in a spray bottle for spot cleaning. I have 2 large dogs and this cleaned amazingly! Has a good smell, not that chemical smell that gives you a headache. I won't buy anything else. I

Bissel advanced pro max is Awesome! I use it to shampoo my area rugs usually once a year in the fall or winter when it's cooler here in Florida. It's Amazing! There is a visual difference when I make passes with my Bissel Pet Pro rug cleaner. This cleaning solution works wonders with cleaning the dirt from the carpet fibers even when spots have been left overnight. My area rugs are 10 years old and have a mix of colors with an off white background (pictured below). I am kicking myself because I didn't save my side by side pics that I sent to my sister when she cleaned my rugs last time, but I'm telling you, there Was A Clearly Noticeable Difference! This stuff is Top Notch and I'm so happy Walmart carries it!

Terrible...does not clean well...it leaves a gray tinge in my beige carpet. It claims some sort of scotch guard...but its not. Its not "clean and protect" it leaves blotchy areas behind. I shampooed the carpet 3 times to get it out...but its hanging on to the fibers. Dont do this product to your carpet. I dont know what "protect" chemical it is...but its bad. Scotchguard never dulled the fibers like this.
