Scent is pleasing to the nose. Amazing job on removing all stains and smells. Left with a pleasant scent from shampoo. No one can tell there was anything on flooring stains or smells. Best value on product. Highly recommend and plan on purchasing again.

i got a small chihuahua that was a puppy last year from a rescue. we all know small dogs cant hold their bladders but this little girl didnt even like going outside given she came from texas to wi into snow...snow and small dogs do not mix. ended up having many accidents but this not only cleared the carpets...it took the urine smell right out. i cleaned after a few accidents so i wouldnt damage my carpets. highly recommend this cleaner!

This cleans very well, I treated some carpet stains with this before using it in my carpet shampooer. The fragrance was light and gave my carpet that clean smell. Over all it did a good job, i did have to go over a couple spots a couple times before it came clean though. I do believe it is a little pricey, but then everything seems overpriced these days.

i love the smell and it does remove stains and marks on rugs. i have one dog and one cat and they don't seem to be bothered by the smell. which is a huge deal when having pets. it also seemed to take out most stains with ease.

The Bissell stain remover products are all amazing, but as a dog mama of 2, the pet line has saved my life! This stuff really works, plus leaves your home smelling amazing!

we go to Walmart every day for something because the prices are so much cheaper than the other stores in austell every employee I talked to is always polite nicest people always helpful

Bought this big bottle after trying the sample 2x that came with my new carpet cleaner. I was amazed after 2 passed how good our 20yr old carpets looked. Plus how much dirt came out. Was dry to the touch in 2 hrs. No nasty smell either.

This is the good carpet cleaner, it smells fresh and gets out stains. The carpet cleaner that looks similar with the black cap smells like dirty feet, in case anyone is deciding.

Does not clean as well as I expected. I would definitely do with a higher upgraded model. We have. 6 pound dog and this still doesn't get the job done. Carpet is not as clean as it should be

I think that it's being watered down by employees and it doesn't work otherwise just like every machine special machine I bought from Walmart every Bissell machine like I bought like 10 and 5 years and they've all broken probably because I'm getting returned machines defective ones clearly It's been a small freaking fortune but hey they're robbing me left and right so who cares right just one more dollar off me and my disability check
