Super easy to use and it work well with everything i have tried it on so far. I even used it on stains from when my oldest was younger and it help lift them for a better clean. I highly recommend. This product was great for big stains and little spots. It was easy to use and start to the point.

That shipped unlike my pick up order which my card was put on hold for. The Shampooer was shipped to me I did not have to come in the store. I went elsewhere for items cancelled when card was put on hold and I was shocked to see you actually delivered the shampooer. I figured it would be cancelled as well. Makes no sense.

this stuff did an excellent job of helping my machine power through a spot that I had in my carpet thanks to the cats. we were afraid that it wouldn't, but after running our machine over it four or five times, you could literally see it come up with each pass.

I saw a post from Mississippi Kween where she recommended this stain lifter, and she cleaned as her business and also has white carpets. So I bought this and was very pleased with how well it lifted old pet urine stains from my white carpet. It's already in my cart for my next order. This will stay in my cleaning cupboard from now on. Let's just say, it helps to get out stains. It does not completely do the trick, but for my price point, it is good for me while I can not afford a professional cleaning or purchase a steam cleaner. Smell is pleasant. I do appreciate the stream to get way into the carpet, but wish it would also do a gentle mist to help with the surface as well. I do recommend for the price to at least make the stain look less noticeable.

This stuff is absolutely amazing. Tough stains are not a problem. I've used so many different stain removers and this one tops them all. Will definitely keep on hand.

This works great. It cleans cat and dog urine spots without that chemical toxic smell. The only con is it is only enough to clean maybe 2 spots before its empty...

I have used several different carpet cleaners on these pet spots and wasted my money.. Also these spots were old and dried into the carpet. This cleaner works really well. I would recommend it
