This cleaner works great and smell good. We had a 16yr old Dutch shepherd and he was loosing control of his bladder and bowels. If you could tell a dog was embarrassed it would have been him. He is was a retired K-9 and was so well trained. He would let himself out the back door when he needed to go to the bathroom. As he got older things just to be forgotten. Needless to say he wasn't able to make it outside all the time. This carpet shampoo was amazing. We have two other dogs that live in the house with us. They started going to the restroom every where he had gone. After shampooing the area rug (which is off white) and the living room carpet, the smell is gone and all the urine spots were also gone. I've had animals living in the house with us and I've tried several different cleaners. I must say this Boswell carpet cleaner works the best at getting pet smell and urine marks and smell out of the carpet.

One of the better solutions Bissell offers %26 one of the tried-and-tested best! It's secondary to the Bissell Pet Pro Oxy and Bissell Pro Max Clean Protect. The rest doesn't get in deep, nor do they lift away stubborn stains. Go with this, or one of the three mentioned (whichever is on sale), and some Folex for pretreatment. Spraying/scrubbing with the folex on the more stubborn or more sensitive cleans first, and you can thank me later with a like!! 🫰☺️

I love this carpet cleaner. I love the smell - clean and fresh without being overpowering. This bottle actually goes a long way if you pay attention to your carpet/steam cleaner's instructions. I personally feel it really cleans carpets well and lifts even the old stains. I had an older, small dog plus I have 2 toddlers. So my carpets frequently experienced stains: chocolate milk, urine, mac-n-cheese, soda, etc. This cleaner efficiently and effectively lifted the stains. I will *always* buy this cleaner.

5 stars…. I originally purchased a Shark carpet shampooer and used the recommended Shark cleaning solution with very good results. I also purchased a Bissell handheld pet cleaner, but unfortunately the machine never worked. Since I held onto it before, I actually tried using it. It was too late to return it. Since I already had the Bissell Pet cleaning solution, I decided to try it in my Shark shampooer. I am so glad I did! The Bissell Pet formula cleans exceptionally well, removes pet urine odors, leaves a fresh scent, and the odors do not return after the carpet dries. It does an outstanding job on spots and stains, and my carpets look noticeably cleaner and brighter. My carpet is over 10 years old, yet after cleaning with the Bissell solution, it looks much newer than its age. I have completely switched to the Bissell cleaning solution and highly recommend it to anyone dealing with pet stains, odors, or heavily used carpets.

I know it probably sounds weird, but some of us are pen. People and our penmanship looks better when we're using certain pens. I really enjoy these. They're smooth a little bit thicker ink than usual and fitting my hand very well. Definitely would recommend it's been my favorite pen for 10 years.

I like this carpet shampoo and after initial use my rug smelled much better. I shampooed my rug at least 3 times initially over the course of a few days. As time went on though the smell from my dog's accident came back even though the rug was moved to a location where there is no pet. Seems more like the shampoo initially covers the smell versus actually resolving the problem. I will be shampooing a couple more times to see if it just needs more cleaning.

Appears to have good cleaning power. The scent while actually using my carpet steamer is mild and acceptable. However, later in the day and in the days following there is a a residual odor that is a bit on the unpleasant side. I'm going to use up the bottle then try something else.

The Bissell Pet Stain %26 Odor Remover smells absolutely amazing — honestly the best scent I've ever had from any carpet shampoo or cleaning product. It cleaned well, helped with pet odors, and left the whole room smelling fresh without being overpowering or chemical-heavy. I've tried quite a few carpet cleaning solutions over the years, and this one easily stands out. I will definitely be ordering it again.

I used it on Dog urine. nothing seemed to help get the smell out. It made the stains disappear but it had an unpleasant after smell. Much better than the dog urine smell but i went over it twice and it seemed to hold where with others, i have experienced the smell would come back again

I really do like the smell of this cleaner. It stinks. My cat peed on my rug so I purchased this to clean it. I had to use multiple times in my carpet cleaner. And it doesn't smell good or clean afterwards. My carpet still smells like this cleaner and I'm ready to just toss the carpet in the trash.
