To be honest, I was skeptical about this carpet cleaner and reviews. We moved into a house where the previous owner had pet stains. I was thinking we had to replace the carpets. Trying to save the budget, I bought this carpet cleaner. I’m impressed!!! It did a much better job than I thought with little effort! Thank you!!’

We don’t have carpet anymore but have these large rugs. I bought this because it was on sale! OMG!!! 😱 This thing freaking ROCKS at steam cleaning the rugs and sucks all the dog hair and funk out of the rugs like nothing I’ve ever seen before! I didn’t realize how much dog hair is left behind when I vacuum. This is worth every penny!!!! I’ve been telling all of our friends about it!

I have had great experience's with Bissell products. I picked the cleaner up, went home , cleaned two bedroom carpets. The carpets look wonderful. The machine was easy to assemble and cleaning the carpets took no time. The instructions were easy to follow.

I have one of these machines right now that's why I ordered another one my dog ate some of the gaskets in different parts of it so I didn't want to take the time to look for anything so I just bought another one I love it. it works so well it's amazing for being so small! this section is amazing!

I have used Bissell carpet cleaners for many years now and have always found them to be reliable and perfect for my household carpets. The clean water and soap dispenser is not as large as in previous models, but in no way affected the cleaning ability. The motor seems to be just as strong to suck the water and dirt back out and I no longer have track marks that show where I walk into each room. I’m so pleased with how fresh and clean my carpets look. This is a good product.

This thing really cleans! I have 5 cats and I have a small runner in a hallway that seems to be their favorite place to vomit, accident, or have a hair ball etc. I wanted to try cleaning it really good before giving up and just throwing it away. So I saw this cleaner and the reviews and thought what they heck, I’ve needed one anyways, let’s give it a shot. WOW. This thing SAVED that rug! It didn’t get some of the really old set in spots but the rug looked nearly brand new when I was done. It was so satisfying seeing the dirty water run clean as it cleaned the rug. I can’t wait to use this on all my carpets now.

2nd time I've purchased this model - I'm a senior with upper back issues, so this is lightweight enough for me BUT that's also the reason the tanks require multiple, multiple refills per clean. Like, plan your afternoon on that fact. Good suction, good cleaning on lightly soiled carpet. When the cleaner tank needs refilled the machine makes a sound like it sucked in a sock, but no, just needs more clean water/solution. The power button should be in a better place like a foot activation, not on the upright handle. I purchase regularly from Bissell. My local shelter has received funds from their pet saving programs, and that's important to me.

This was easy to set up and use initially. The only thing I dislike is after the second use now every time I try to remove the dirty tank the latches that hold it down I struggle to get one of them to unclamp to the point it hurts my hand and I feel like its going to break because I'm pulling on it so hard!

This TINY little rug cleaner has a tank capacity that can barely do a 5‘ x 4‘ hallway with one tank. The only person I would recommend this particular rug cleaner to is someone who just has one to make it look like they clean rugs that don’t need to be cleaned because that’s all I can do is get a rug wet that was already clean cause it’s not gonna clean anything that’s dirty. Do not buy not recommended.

I PURCHASED A NEW ITEM FOR $99. INSTEAD, I GOT THE OPENED CLEARANCED ONE LABELED $69. I ASKED TO RETURN IT OR SIMPLY HONOR THE PRICE AND EVERYIONE FROM THE CHAT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT HELP, TOLD ME I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR OR SIMPLY HUNG UP. THE CHAT ATTENDANT GAVE ME 60 SECONDS TO RESPOND WHILE I GOT PICTURES FOR HIM AND THEN ABANDONED THECHAT.
