This is one of the best cleaning investments I've made. It literally works as easy as a vacuum. Before purchasing, I watched someone compare this small powerful machine to some of the physically larger popular versions and it was way more powerful. You can often get up everything in one go. Downsides: You constantly have to refill the container with solution and water even for small areas. But when you see how much dirt it sucks up, it's well worth it for the price. It spits out a lot of fur balls also so I find it easier to have a vacuum nearby or simply be prepared to pick them up. But again, this is all a minimal amount of work for how clean it gets things and how easily it is to have on-hand when spills are made instead of calling a carpet cleaning company. Very convenient and easy to store.

You would not believe how lightweight this is and what a great job it does. I have two dogs and a cat who have messes in the house all the time and I am using this baby every single day. It works wonderful I've had a lot of carpet machines in my life, but this one works very well.

The machine is awesome, very light weight and easy to use. Its great for small spaces, very easy to handle. After letting all the parts air dry, just put in a corner, does not take much space. I bought it for all my rugged rooms, we have several pets and they make messes. The only draw back is that you would have to fill container with water and solution about 4 times and empty dirty water as well in a room about 12' x10'. You would only have to fill once to pick up small messes. It's great for quick spills and I have done a full room and I still love it better than my large machine even if I have to fill more. I give it a thumbs up!!!

I only have one room with carpet in it so I didn't need a really big heavy duty machine. This works wonderfully for the one room I need it for. Set up was easy and instructions are simple to follow. It's also not bulky that it can be stored in a small closet.

Easy to use but it's leaking a ton when I have the top filled with clean water. I was only able to get one area rug clean before running out and having to replace water. Leaked all over my tile floor as well. It did a good job but the cleaner left a chemical smell to my house. If you're okay with the leaking (I just stick it outside when I'm done) then this is a good value

I just opened this product, took everything out and I realize that it has been used. It is dirty. It is full of pet hair and everything else. Even the outwork of it, you can tell it’s been bumped and scraped against everything. I will be returning it and try again to get a new one.

I waited all day for this item %26 it never came. then csr gave me choices to wait another 24 or cancel %26 refund. I chose refund. still waiting for my money. I did talk to my bank if I do not receive my refund within several days. legal action will take forth. I have always kept good records but have been reassured by my bank that what's owed to me will return to my original payment.

I ordered on Walmart i received an open/used product. I initiated a return and took the product to the Walmart store where they wouldn't accept the return or scan the barcode, next i set up a pickup for the product to be returned. The window for pickup was between 9am and 7pm no one showed up no one contacted me no email no nada. I reach out to Walmart again. They suggest i stick it in the mail or i dispute it with my credit card. What terrible customer service from a billion dollar company. I'm done.

the one i got had obviously been used and put together wrong or something. dog hair all over the machine, already dirty, and isnt put together luke the instructions.

The item itself is ok. I've had it before and it works fine. The problem was buying from Walmart. They sent me a USED machine trying to pass it off as new! Gross! Sent it back and had to argue with them for 2 months and still nothing after promises. My bank finally did a charge back. Beware buying appliances from Walmart. They may be 2nd hand!
