I only have one room with carpet in it so I didn't need a really big heavy duty machine. This works wonderfully for the one room I need it for. Set up was easy and instructions are simple to follow. It's also not bulky that it can be stored in a small closet.

The machine is awesome, very light weight and easy to use. Its great for small spaces, very easy to handle. After letting all the parts air dry, just put in a corner, does not take much space. I bought it for all my rugged rooms, we have several pets and they make messes. The only draw back is that you would have to fill container with water and solution about 4 times and empty dirty water as well in a room about 12' x10'. You would only have to fill once to pick up small messes. It's great for quick spills and I have done a full room and I still love it better than my large machine even if I have to fill more. I give it a thumbs up!!!

I love this thing! I researched a lot until I settled on this one, and I’m glad I did. I have white rugs and I didn’t think they looked THAT bad, but I could not believe the brown gunk that was being pulled out. It was honestly gross. But I love that it’s smaller and more lightweight than renting a machine, not hard to store, and I’m happy I bought it!

We have a lot of dogs and after cleaning up pet stains, they keep resurfacing so don’t judge me by the picturehowever, this carpet cleaner was so easy to use, and the stains are gone, and it was so inexpensive. I’m thrilled with it.

This little thing is powerful at 63 they make things to heavy to lug this little machine is light weight and the fill and empty system is really very easy. For price and quality must have tool for homes with pets. Removes the water very well from the carpet

My wife was about to hire someone to come clean a rug after it got a slurpee spill so I offered her to try a carpet cleaner first. We searched for the least expensive full size one and came across this. A week later we needed it again for another incident and were so glad we and this one hand. It is a bit on the smaller side which although has its benefits (like easier to store and cleaning narrower spaces) also means it will take much longer for larger areas. Overall we were very satisfied!

I was so impressed with this little shampooer! I would highly recommend I thought omgoodness it’s so small when I got it but it works fantastic! I would highly recommend anyone to buy this you won’t be disappointedi have before and after pictures . My carpets in my whole house looked like this before but now they look like the after! I’m very pleased the price was fantastic as well really can’t beat this bargain .

This is lightweight which is nice and the clean water reservoir is easy to fill and attach. However, the dirty water reservoir must be handled at one exact angle to keep dirty water from spilling all over the place when you're removing it and taking it to dump the dirty water. This was difficult for me to do. Also, the machine leaked a significant amount of dirty water from the bottom every time I stopped it to empty the dirty water. I went through two towels cleaning it up by the time I was finished.

The only problem I would say is when I open my box my solution that I got with it leak all over in the box so I didn't have any solution to use for my carpets. I had to get more cleaner stuff after I got it because I didn't even had a little when I got it…

I just opened this product, took everything out and I realize that it has been used. It is dirty. It is full of pet hair and everything else. Even the outwork of it, you can tell it’s been bumped and scraped against everything. I will be returning it and try again to get a new one.
