This vacuum works great on pet hair and just all dirt and dust removal from carpet and flooring. Definitely happy with my purchase and love that the cord is retractable which is a great plus. This vacuum is lighter than most and easy to move across the floor while in use. The disposal of dirt and dust is easy to just empty into the garbage bag. Bissell is my new favorite (pet hair) vacuum.

Our high-end vacuum died and, my wife and I did not wish to spend a lot of money to replace the device. We intended to spend about $600 for a new vacuum cleaner that was similar to the old one; however, the Bissel vacuum cleaner caught our eye. We bought it. You talk about performance. Amazingly, the first use of the Bissel caused the carpet pile to stand up with the carpet appearing as if it were a new installation. An extra value for my wife and I, as we are both disabled, was the ease of using the vacuum machine.

Easy to put together! Great suction. Our shark was losing power and wasn't getting our carpets clean. When I'd shampoo I'd be curious where the hair was coming from after I vacuumed. I vacuum everyday. Used this BISSELL and got an entire container full of hair and etc. that our other couldn't pick up. Carpets look and feel brand new! Wow.

I went back and forth trying to decide which vacuum to get. I have very long hair that sheds like crazy and we have a cat. Our house is very close to the road so no matter what there is a constant dust stir up. This vacuum picks up everything. The suction is so good. I love the furniture attachment. And I love that the cord is retractable with just the touch of a button.

I love how this vacuum is a little quiet. I have pets who are scared of the vacuum so the quietness helps! It does a fantastic job at picking things up. I have to vacuum litter out of my carpets and this does a great job! My only complaint is sometimes when I'm vacuuming the hose part falls off the bottom where it needs to be attached in order to work. Besides that this vacuum has been perfect.

i absolutely love this vacuum, and I love the price even more. I have an indoor domesticated floppy earred bunny, and they shed, it feels like, constantly. But this vacuum has powerful enough suction to get deep down in the carpet to get any hair out. I also have a husband who works construction and 3 kids, so dirt and dust are a big problem around here. But this vacuum definitely makes my job of keeping the house clean easier. absolutely 💯 worth the price.

This thing really sucks! ;) It's replacing the older version that recently started failing. I love the fact that they redesigned the dust canister to be easier to clean out. Only problem is the hose keeps falling off the connecter, but that's probably because it's new and needs to be worn in. Would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

This the third one I've bought in about 10 years. Well, the first one didn't have the retractable cord, which I love by the way. They work great until one of your grandkids suck up water with it, it was on accident, they didn't that it was soaked up in the carpet. The pet hair attachment is finicky to use, I just use the brush. For the price, I think it's a good deal.

what a horrible vacuum. 1. the pet hair attachment broke on day 1 2. the hose has, like, no actual stretch and is really short, so you can't use the detail attachment (not sure what it's called, but the long narrow attachment) without the whole vacuum toppling over unless you're holding on to both 3. the detail attachment is part of the pathway to the tank. nifty for storage, a nightmare from a utility standpoint. if you don't put it back in exactly the right way, whatever you're vacuuming up will get spit right back out onto the floor because it just goes around the attachment instead of getting sucked up the tube. 4. there's no way to "turn off" the head when you're using the attachments, so when the vacuum inevitably gets dragged forward due to the short hose length while you're using the attachments and it HAPPENS to go over a spot you missed, you'll have dust all over the side of your vacuum where the detail attachment would otherwise connect. 5. the placement of the cord means you can't roll the vacuum backwards without running over the cord the majority of the time 5. it's impossible to empty the tank without removing the two plastic pieces inside (one i think being the filter?). it's difficult to get these pieces back in correctly. 7. just not a very strong vacuum. misses a lot, takes me like 45 minutes to vacuum my 1 bedroom apartment to my satisfaction. i bought this vacuum to replace my bissell zing because the plastic hose on that kept snapping. this was a major downgrade and takes up more space. if i had a car, i would have returned this thing the day i bought it. since i don't, it's just too much of a hassle and im stuck with it.

I purchased this vacuum a few months ago and it worked amazingly until the roller started grinding itself down and stopped the brush from turning. I tried to return it just to get a replacement and Walmart wouldn’t do an exchange. I finally found a replacement roller that would fit and it’s almost $30; I literally only got to use this vacuum like 20 times.
