BISSELL PowerForce Helix Turbo Rewind Pet, Upright Vacuum, Pet Friendly, Automatic Cord Rewind, Powerful Pet Hair Pickup, Extra-Wide Cleaning Path, 3333, Black & Green

If you want to burn your home down with a vacuum, this is the one to do it. Takes about 5 minutes of running to get hot and reak of melting plastic. Bought as a replacement to my older, wonderful Bissel and sent this thing back next day! Ordered a new one just like the old one.

This vacuum works great on pet hair and just all dirt and dust removal from carpet and flooring. Definitely happy with my purchase and love that the cord is retractable which is a great plus. This vacuum is lighter than most and easy to move across the floor while in use. The disposal of dirt and dust is easy to just empty into the garbage bag. Bissell is my new favorite (pet hair) vacuum.

what a horrible vacuum. 1. the pet hair attachment broke on day 1 2. the hose has, like, no actual stretch and is really short, so you can't use the detail attachment (not sure what it's called, but the long narrow attachment) without the whole vacuum toppling over unless you're holding on to both 3. the detail attachment is part of the pathway to the tank. nifty for storage, a nightmare from a utility standpoint. if you don't put it back in exactly the right way, whatever you're vacuuming up will get spit right back out onto the floor because it just goes around the attachment instead of getting sucked up the tube. 4. there's no way to "turn off" the head when you're using the attachments, so when the vacuum inevitably gets dragged forward due to the short hose length while you're using the attachments and it HAPPENS to go over a spot you missed, you'll have dust all over the side of your vacuum where the detail attachment would otherwise connect. 5. the placement of the cord means you can't roll the vacuum backwards without running over the cord the majority of the time 5. it's impossible to empty the tank without removing the two plastic pieces inside (one i think being the filter?). it's difficult to get these pieces back in correctly. 7. just not a very strong vacuum. misses a lot, takes me like 45 minutes to vacuum my 1 bedroom apartment to my satisfaction. i bought this vacuum to replace my bissell zing because the plastic hose on that kept snapping. this was a major downgrade and takes up more space. if i had a car, i would have returned this thing the day i bought it. since i don't, it's just too much of a hassle and im stuck with it.

Don't waste your time and money. It was pretty easy to put together. But that is about where it ends. After just a few hours, it started making a very loud noise coming from the motor. Come to find out, the suction isn't all that great. I returned it and bought a Kenmore instead, and the Kenmore picked up so much that this vacuum left behind. I highly suggest for you to spend the extra $30 and get a Kenmore.

It winds the cord up with a push of a button but the floor cleaning is terrible. I would say it sucks but it doesn't!! I have hardwood floors with some no pile rugs with pets. All the dust, dirt and pet hair shoot out the back and the air from the machine sends it in all directions! I have given it a good try but "don't buy this horrible vacuum.

It is easy to assemble and does have powerful suction. The down side of that, you have to set it on the highest setting to vacuum rugs, then bend down to change the height for bare floors in-between every rug. If you have a lot of rugs, it's not worth the effort. Plus, the cord is to short.

I am very happy with my purchase. I actually enjoy vacuuming again. Cleaning it is such a breeze, I do it after every use. I want to make sure this machine lasts a long time. It is built well, the section is great, the manoeuvrability is easy for a woman my age. The filtration is excellent. The quality of carpet and bar floor cleaning is wonderful. And the noise is minimal, not at all a distraction or annoying.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I had the black and red one and the only difference was that the cord didn't automatically wind up itself as this one does. I absolutely love that feature.... it's mostly the reason why I bought it because I loved the last Bissell I had the black and red one that I mentioned. This one has great suction power on bare floor and normal carpet. The brush works well on all types of floors. Assembly was very easy and the instructions were quite clear to understand. When this particular vacuum wears out I will buy it again. 💯🙋🏼‍♀️

This was my second one I purchased. Our house has two levels. I bought the first one and was skeptical. We have 1 German Shepard and if you have one you know that no matter how much brushing they shed ALOT! We also have 4 chihauhau's and 4 long haired cats and a bird. All rescues. We are very picky and vacuum alot! We use the corded one constantly. This vacuum is THE BEST vacuum we have ever had! We have tried them all. Suction power amazing. Easy to dump canister and clean. LOVE the rewind cord. The hose is easy to pull out to get into small areas. Fact is the best vacuum we ever owned and it continues to do the job. We owned the first one over a year before buying another new one identical to old one. The old one is as strong and powerful as the new one.

The vacuum works well and has good suction, but the power cord gets very hot while the vacuum is running. This concerns me because it could be a safety issue. Since this is a new vacuum, I did not expect the cord to heat up like this. I stopped using it because I don't feel comfortable continuing to use it.
