This scrubber is fantastic and goes a great job removing stains and dirt. The carpet is barely damp after use. Please note... if you have small children the included cleaner is packaged in a bag that looks exactly like children's yogurt and juice pouches!! This is very very dangerous. My 3 yr old grandson and 1 yr old had to be told multiple times that it wasn't to eat.

So far so good! I had a Hoover steam vac for many years and it finally quit on me. I read different reviews on machines and decided to stay with Hoover as it served me well for many years. And the Sale price was great!! I used this on my living room area rug and it did a great job. It pulled out pet hair that I couldn't even see and that didn't come out with vacuuming.Rug colors are nice and bright again! I liked the Hoover essentials cleaner that it came with. No strong chemical smell.

this thing is amazing! I have a ton of cats and a puppy. had stains lay for a week. one swipe with this and I was shocked how well it did. I highly recommend it.

Love love love it. Professional looking clean for a fraction of the price. If you are looking to get rid of pet smells, this doesn’t do it but neither has the professional cleans I’ve tried in the past. For that I use Odoban.

This carpet cleaner did exactly what I was praying that it would. Cleans way better than the carpet cleaners I’ve been renting. I am definitely not regretting this investment.

It was so easy to assemble and for the $150 price tag, its DEFINITELY worth it. I usually have ny carpets cleaned professionally every 3 months. It's only been 2wks since the last time and i just finished my livingroom using my new Hoover. The water was almost black! I don’t wear shoes in my home and I was shocked to see how nasty my carpets were. Plus, it scraped up huge amounts of hair, even though I vacuumed immediately before using the Hoover Carpet Shampooer. I highly recommend!

So, if you have pets and kids, you know what a carpet can take and what it can't, lol. Mine was over due!!! Was it the Christmas miracle I had visions of in my head? No. Did it make my carpet look, feel(there's more fluff to it now), and more importantly, SMELL a thousand times better. I could give it another go, but my energy level said no. Hair in the bristles, I recommend, if you have one, using a rubber bristle broom and try with all your might to get out as much hair as possible. I vacuumed the blank out of it, and I still had gobs of hair on the bristles. That's understandable, not a complaint. I know better, too. I will say that I love the large tanks and OH MY GOD. . .this machine is the easiest to clean up afterward!!! The suction did not disappoint either. . .I still put a fan on my capet. . . .but I was walking and putting crap back in their spots in about a half hour after I was done. I haven't used the attachment yet, but I do not foresee any issues. I uploaded a before and after and the amount of splooge that came up with just one run. Best of luck and happy cleaning, everyone.

Item was used, looks broken. Trying to figure it out. Film inside and you can see and smell where it’s been used. Bag was opened that the tank was in. The salmon tank is gone. And the whole reason I had it delivered was so I didn’t have to tote this thing away!

I do not advise purchasing this if you have a family or pets, you will only end up spending the money all over again very soon. I wish someone had told me that the clean water tank will break from the inside after 4 uses and render the machine a $200 piece of junk. Hoover is well aware of this defect and Hoover sells the replacement tank for $95. Spend a little more to get a powerful carpet cleaner that you won’t have to replace in a couple months.

Leaking everywhere…. Looks like it was already returns once as there is blue maker dots everywhere. The clean tank doss not sit flush and therefore just CONSTANTLY is leaking a stream of water out. Cant even use it once.
