Yes, I got the product. I wanted to use my carpet had gotten so dirty and I needed something to brighten it up and make it smell better this product done a good job. I was well pleased with it made my carpet soft and I would recommend anyone who wants to use it to try it out for themselves I think they will enjoy seeing the results that this product made on my carpet. As promised, this product helped to break up and remove the scent of cat urine after multiple accidents. I did shampoo the area twice and I did us an oxiclean pretreat, but this performed better than others in my past. It is heavily scented and as a rule, I don't by use products like that in my home, so it's a lot for me. I was worried that that was also why it worked well, because it just covered up the smell but over time, the perfume has dissipated and we aren't smelling cat urine. Overall, strong perfume but seemed to do the job well!

I've been using this product brand for years on my Better Homes area rugs purchased over 5 years ago from Walmart . They still look brand new. Purchased a new carpet shampooer from Walmart a couple of years ago which I use. It's amazing how quick the product dries, no soapy residue or smell and the rugs have not faded in color.

I only expected minimum results with this machine but was flabbergasted when I saw it took out every single stain. I had a very sick dog that had explosive diarrhea and I used their cleaner solution with pet enzymes and couldn't believe my eyes. It also was as easy as just vacuuming my carpet. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace the carpet. Now it looks PERFECT !! Thank you Hoover!!!

Works really well on pet odors. I was having issues getting the urine smell out of reusable puppy pads and was desperate so I tried splashing a little of this into the washer with it and, as an unconventional method, it worked like a charm. Don't do this if you're afraid to mess up the fabrics. It didn't damage mine but I know they worn about certin materials. Would recommend the normal use as well.

This product works good if you have pets and they have accidents in the house. I only gave 4 stars because sometimes it doesn't really get the odor out. I mix oxiclean into this solution and shampoo my carpet with that and they end up looking brand new. Also the fragrance in this product isn't that great, feel like it could be better with different scents.

The event isn't stirring enough the chemical doesn't clean carpet the way it's supposed to be seen as white or cleaner in the product itself the smell could be stronger for when we use it to clean carpet in large room because the water and scent stink

I went for it for the brand name and also because it said it was enzymatic which breaks down pet smells in the carpet however for the price that was paid the scent didn't last but an hour long I was kind of disappointed because it was thinking it would smell great for a few days at least however it did take the pet smell out of the carpet.

Waste of money. Doesn't do the job. Really doesn't smell good either. Anyways it supposed to take away any kind of urine smell. However, my dog still smells it and pees on top of that! So aggravating and if you decide to get it, good luck, I wish I could just get my money back..

WAS NOT SENT THIS PRODUCT. A DIFFERENT PRODUCT WAS SUBSTITUTED. I'm assuming that Paws and Claws is no longer be available as I have been unable to find it anywhere. WalMart needs to update their website. It says this product is in stores and can order online. It is not. It worked great. So I will need to find a substitute.
