Yes, I got the product. I wanted to use my carpet had gotten so dirty and I needed something to brighten it up and make it smell better this product done a good job. I was well pleased with it made my carpet soft and I would recommend anyone who wants to use it to try it out for themselves I think they will enjoy seeing the results that this product made on my carpet. I only expected minimum results with this machine but was flabbergasted when I saw it took out every single stain. I had a very sick dog that had explosive diarrhea and I used their cleaner solution with pet enzymes and couldn't believe my eyes. It also was as easy as just vacuuming my carpet. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace the carpet. Now it looks PERFECT !! Thank you Hoover!!!

Works really well on pet odors. I was having issues getting the urine smell out of reusable puppy pads and was desperate so I tried splashing a little of this into the washer with it and, as an unconventional method, it worked like a charm. Don't do this if you're afraid to mess up the fabrics. It didn't damage mine but I know they worn about certin materials. Would recommend the normal use as well.

As promised, this product helped to break up and remove the scent of cat urine after multiple accidents. I did shampoo the area twice and I did us an oxiclean pretreat, but this performed better than others in my past. It is heavily scented and as a rule, I don't by use products like that in my home, so it's a lot for me. I was worried that that was also why it worked well, because it just covered up the smell but over time, the perfume has dissipated and we aren't smelling cat urine. Overall, strong perfume but seemed to do the job well!

I was using the product to pick up dirt from the dogs trampling through the living room. It took me many swipes going over and over to get the dirt out. It was exhausting and not worth it. The product was not effective for getting dirt out and wasted my time and energy trying to get it to work

I gave this item 1 star on everything simply because it shows as delivered on August 12th, but it wasn't. I've spoke to 3 or 4 different support agents through the chat and on the phone. Each and everyone of them have told me the exact same thing that i will be refunded and that i will get a confirmation email as well. Only problem is I've been told this since August 12th and i still haven't gotten the refund or email. At this point I'm starting to think that I'm being played with and i don't appreciate it at all.

I was given the wrong cleaner %26 Walmart told me to return it myself, when I ordered it to be delivered to me. I joined the Walmart Delivery to avoid going to the store %26 standing in the lines. Then I'm told by the agent that I had to go to the store to drop it off! I did not pick out the wrong item the Walmart Shopper did. So now I have an item that I will not use. There goes my $18.98 plus tax plus driver tip! What a rip off!!
