Works really well on pet odors. I was having issues getting the urine smell out of reusable puppy pads and was desperate so I tried splashing a little of this into the washer with it and, as an unconventional method, it worked like a charm. Don't do this if you're afraid to mess up the fabrics. It didn't damage mine but I know they worn about certin materials. Would recommend the normal use as well.

I've been using this product brand for years on my Better Homes area rugs purchased over 5 years ago from Walmart . They still look brand new. Purchased a new carpet shampooer from Walmart a couple of years ago which I use. It's amazing how quick the product dries, no soapy residue or smell and the rugs have not faded in color.

Works well at removing heavily stained areas, including stains from dog urine. Would be easier to use if it had a pour spout at the top like laundry detergent bottles have. Also, the instructions on the bottle recommend diluting it with a gallon of water ratio but the solution tank on my carpet cleaner doesn't hold a gallon of liquid. Additionally, the instructions on my carpet cleaner contradicts the instructions on the solution bottle and says to fill the solution tank to the top without diluting. It is hard to know if I'm using too much solution or not enough when I wash the carpet. It would be helpful if the instructions on the solution and the carpet cleaner were written more clearly.

I used it to clean some super nasty pet stained carpet. I found it necessary to add bleach and degreaser on the high traffic areas. After 3 cleanings, I used a scrub brush on the toughest areas and used the rug scrubber a fourth time. The carpet looks pretty clean and smells much better than I expected. The areas under couches and tables only needed one pass.

This product works good if you have pets and they have accidents in the house. I only gave 4 stars because sometimes it doesn't really get the odor out. I mix oxiclean into this solution and shampoo my carpet with that and they end up looking brand new. Also the fragrance in this product isn't that great, feel like it could be better with different scents.

The event isn't stirring enough the chemical doesn't clean carpet the way it's supposed to be seen as white or cleaner in the product itself the smell could be stronger for when we use it to clean carpet in large room because the water and scent stink
