I only have one room with carpet in it so I didn't need a really big heavy duty machine. This works wonderfully for the one room I need it for. Set up was easy and instructions are simple to follow. It's also not bulky that it can be stored in a small closet.

The product met my expectations, including quality. I was buying based on best value on price/quality. I believe the product is four stars on quality as I could have bought better, but I rate it five stars on price as it is a great deal.

Kind of pricey but ok I guess. It makes decent foam. It did clean my rug pretty good but my rug wasn't like filthy dirty. I would purchase again though. Does it purpose. Doesn't really have a strong smell though. I was hoping it would leave a nice fragrant smell after washing but it didn't. It did take out some stains in my carpet.
