O-Cedar PowerCorner Pet Pro Broom and Dustpan Set Step-on Large

THERE IS CURRENTLY 4 INCHES OF SNOW OUTSIDE AND I HAVE NO SHOVEL. What did this single mom of 2 do you ask? I got out my Ocedar broom and dust pan and I made a path to my car and then dug it out with them! This me giving Ocedar broom set a 10/10 for anything you need it for! Sweeping inside and out, getting spiders out of the corner AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST… making a pathway for you and the babies to the car and cleaning it off from this snow I was not prepared for!!

As a cat owner, I’m constantly sweeping up fur and tracked-out litter. This broom is a game-changer because the V-trim bristles actually grab the fine hair instead of just flicking it around. The best part is the step-on dustpan—it has built-in 'cleaning combs' so I can pull the hair off the bristles without having to touch it. It’s made my daily cleanup so much faster.

I already have this brand's mop and bucket combo, and it works great. I bought this since I needed a new broom, and it does its job very well. My favorite part is the hair separating comb on the dustpan, since both my cats and I shed regularly. Makes it SO much easier to avoid pulling the gross hair/dust/mystery sticky residue/etc. bundles off the bristles with my hands.

I love my O-Cedar Pet Pro Power Corner Broom with Step On Dust Pan so much that I bought another for sweeping my garage, sidewalk, and porches. It’s the easiest to use and picks up everything the first time without me going over it again and again. The quality is great too–no straws falling out or rings falling off the handle. I will only buy O-Cedar from now on!

Best broom I've ever bought! Picks up dog hair from along the baseboards wonderfully. Also the angle is somehow better than my prior broom. It allows me to get into a corner much better without having to bend over and help it get anything gathered there. But how well it picks the dog hair is the most surprising and best feature in my opinion. I have 4 rescued dogs so dog hair is an everyday challenge. If anyone is contemplating buying this broom but wondering if it is worth the extra few dollars, yes it is.

I have owned three of these brooms, they last forever and I only replace them when they start looking tired. The one I just replaced moved from Upstate NY to Shelby NC 14 years ago. Yes I kept a broom that long it looked good too and just started looking tired in the last couple of years! 🤷‍♀️

It is the typical broom you can find in most homes, it does come with a nice dustpan that works for getting most pet hair off the brush which is nice. My one complaint is with ordering this item online. Ordering this online it says you can only buy five or that a pack contains five, and with a price that is only slightly less than getting a fancier broom I thought that it might actually deliver five brooms. I only received one broom, Walmart please fix the order in a pack of five unless you actually plan on delivering five brooms.

I like the dustpan because it's designed to stay in place with your foot, and the edge is flush on the floor so all of the trash goes into the pan. What I don't like: I thought the teeth on the dustpan would do a better job of cleaning the broom. I have to use my hand.

I actually hated sweeping. Not lazy, I love cleaning n spend more time cleaning than sitting in my home but when I sweep, I then gotta touch it n whatever else may hv got picked up to pull it off the bottom n then wash my hands. Its never JUS sweepin. Sometimes even having to WASH the bottom of my broom. Cleaning what u clean wit doesnt make much sense but I take pride in my home, having a nice place after being homeless most my life. I love being clean, my clothes clean n also love my cat BUT his hair gets EVERYWHERE. I have lint rollers in every room, I lint roll everything non stop N u don't realize ur usin a bad product til u used a good high quality one n I always seen brooms as just brooms so alwz got mine at dollar tree but they needed to be replaced often, was happy when I found Walmart's cheap version BUT still always that long process. I hated havin to use a broom. Vacuums seemed more effective but just as bad from the HAIR. The filters n chambers filled so fast and then that whole cleaning it out process. Ugh. SOOOO. When I saw this broom, I thought I found my DREAM broom w the concept broom and dustpan BUT, it falls short. Bare w me as I explain. 1st I dont think theres a better one out there n Im still happy w it BUT 1st, the handle is nice n has weight to it but that top part w the hole isnt secure, constantly spinning. Not a BIG deal but annoying.The dustpan: i do keep forgetting that its a step on, gotta get used to that cuz by habit I automatically bend down to hold it to the floor but when I do remember: Im always in slippers when home. As soon as I get in the door, slippers on. I keep hard soled other slippers by the balcony door so my house slippers dont get dirty going out to the balcony to smoke. NOTHIN I wear outside my apt, the balcony, the halls or outside ever tracks in my home. When I step on the dustpan, it's nearly impossible for my slippers to not cover the part where u are to scrape the bristles to get all the hair and dirt off the broom hands free so the broom is rubbing everything on my slippers. But it'd be WHATEVER I had on my feet. Also, it takes many scrapes to get most of the broom and I STILL end up having to use my hands anyway. The broom is great quality and so is the dustpan. Both are the best I've ever used but their main selling point and WHY I bought it just doesn't work for me. I don't regret buying it but would I repurchase this down the line? Sorry, I'm gonna have to pass. The amount of work I still have to put in just isn't worth the price vs a few bucks. If that scraper part was further away from where ur foot steps on it and it actually PULLS EVERYTHING off the broom then I would. It falls short for me. BUT.. it is a great broom and dustpan. And if you like red .. there you go.

My problem is that I ordered a return to replace the incomplete item I received. You could see in the drop off picture that it didn’t come with its dustpan lol. They told me don’t even worry about returning the broom, that came without the dustpan! I thought okay cool, mom of two, in college and full time custodian overnight… one less thing on my already stacked days! Then they canceled my replacement randomly.. never did get that dustpan and I paid for the set.. the quality is always good I love the cedar brand. It’s the company I purchased through that had issue..
