I received the spray mop and the pad was not included in the package. I contacted the company and they not only sent a pad they sent the whole spray mop to me again with the pad. I really like the mop and it works great.
Love it's light weight and swings in multiple directions. Do not like how spread out the dispenser sprays. Hard to not spray everything if you don't want to. Also have to press really hard to get to mop since its so light.
I liked the price but when I use it the spray bottle moved up and then it will not Spray. I had to stop repeatedly and push it back in. Very disappointed with that but otherwise it light weight and meets my needs for the purpose.
This item did not come with any paperwork or instructions i camnot figure out how to wring the excess water out of it. im sure there are other things i should know about using and washing but without oaperwork, i dint jnow what they are. im rather disappointed in this item.
It broke after second use unfortunately
The nozzle that you use to squeeze the liquid out does not work, it hangs loosely and can not squeeze it and all of the directions are only in chinese.
There are no instructions in English and all it does is pour the water all over the place piece missing
I was disappointed with the product because it did not work and cheap material for the cost.
broke within the first week of just lightly cleaning.
