I have gone through multiple floor steamers. None of them have worked as well as this one! They have also quit working after jyst a few uses. Not this one! Easy to assemble. Scent pad smells amazing. You do not have to wait forever for it to heat up. Just plug it in, turn it on and get started. I can feel how clean my floors are under my feet. Huge difference!

I honestly did not know what kind of quality steamer I was going to get with the price point, but, I am so glad I tried it: its much better than I expected! it does everything my Shark steamer did I had over a decade ago and lost after moving. That Shark steamer cost me around 170 bucks but this one does everything it did - at just 100! I am beyond pleased and it exceeded my expectations💯

so far so good on this product it is a little heavier than my old steamer which was cheap and gave out on me after not even a year and that was the second time I purchased that same brand but this time I thought of getting something a little bit more sturdy this is a very good well-made product I don't have to keep going back and forth on my floors to get that clean look like I did on my old one and the cord is much longer so I don't have to keep switching outlets and it comes with two cloth scrubs instead of just one like my old one. it is also easier to house since it stands up the old one I had to hook it on something

I run my own cleaning company and have tried many different floor steamers ranging in different prices etc. By far this is the best one. Very simple to put together. Easy to use and my favorite part is the 3 levels of steam and that it produces a lot of steam on the highest level for when that is needed. It doesn't look as fancy as other brands but from my experience it does the job faster and better. Also, it has a very long cord which is helpful!

I used the steam mop on my sealed hardwood floors on the LOWEST setting and was really pleased with the results. The floors felt smooth and clean and the mop pad was so dirty afterward. I used distilled water, as recommended. This is something that I will do every couple of months, with Bona in between. I really do love all of the Bissell products-- this steam mop, the pet vacuum and the carpet steam cleaner.

I haven't actually gotten to use it yet but I will. The assembly was very easy with only one issue. Where it says to slide the top part into the bottom part and the screw it into the base. Well, the instructions to me at least, weren't very clear on where to screw the screw into the handle section. Meaning, do you screw it into a hole somewhere in the handle? I only found one hole in the handle but it didn't match up with the hole that you were supposed to put the screw in. Maybe it's just me, but if these 2 parts can't be fastened together properly, the handle won't stay in place

Online it stated the steamer came with scent packets and a carpet guide. It did not and these are not listed on the box. The online information is wrong. Very disappointed as I wanted the carpet guide. The steamer itself works great, just can't clean the carpet easily.

I have tried many forms of floor cleaners and steam machines and this is no better than any of the rest. It's ability to clean is very limited. It leaves swirly marks on the floor after drying. The rotating action is not very powerful and overall I am super disappointed. Back to hands and knees with a scrub brush and soapy water.

I ordered this because it said it included a carpet glider and scented discs. Neither are included, so it's going back to Walmart and I'll look for a different steam mop. It was already priced pretty high and around 80 bucks and yet doesn't even come with what it's supposed to. Not worth the money.

I liked the mop head. It's large and the pads that comes with it are nice. The water tank is extremely hard to remove and smaller than the mop i have now. I have a mop i can refill without removing the tank. I carry a water bottle with me and when I run out of water I fill it up. Takes all of 5 seconds and no broken nails. The steam output is not as good as competitors. The Bissel is rather hard to push around and the pole that leads from the handle to the mop head does not change length. If you are in a wheelchair this is not the mop for you. Who would this mop be for? Hmmmmmm, noone!!!!
