I have gone through multiple floor steamers. None of them have worked as well as this one! They have also quit working after jyst a few uses. Not this one! Easy to assemble. Scent pad smells amazing. You do not have to wait forever for it to heat up. Just plug it in, turn it on and get started. I can feel how clean my floors are under my feet. Huge difference!

This works much better than expected. I used to have streaky and sometimes sticky floors after mopping, but this works much better and the floors seem much cleaner. No more streaks, no stickiness - this is the only way I mop now. Not to mention, it's easy to use and clean. When the pad is dirty, you just toss it in the washer and you're done.

This came the same day i ordered it! Easy to assemble and use. Floor felt so clean and good after one use. Just toss pads into the washer! They can be a bit hard to get on %26 off but overall very nice, lightweight tool!

The mop is amazing works so good. Frfr the smell good scent disc is amazing. the water tank is big enough to do all the floors in my home with just 2 fills. super easy and i know that heat cleans and kills everything so its good

Honestly life changing. I've bought close to every style of mop and this just steams away all the stuck on nasty ish on the floor. 10/10 for moms with littles.

It cleans my porcelain tile great. I have two dogs and after two or three passes this steamer cleans all the messy spots. Very impressed! NO chemicals needed which is great for my Boston's terriers.

this one was way better. I tried the shark one with the turning brushes but they barely moved and very little steam came out. this one was strong but has an option to go lighter

I haven't actually gotten to use it yet but I will. The assembly was very easy with only one issue. Where it says to slide the top part into the bottom part and the screw it into the base. Well, the instructions to me at least, weren't very clear on where to screw the screw into the handle section. Meaning, do you screw it into a hole somewhere in the handle? I only found one hole in the handle but it didn't match up with the hole that you were supposed to put the screw in. Maybe it's just me, but if these 2 parts can't be fastened together properly, the handle won't stay in place

Love the ease of use of this steam mop, assembling was easy too. The only drawback was that it didn't come with a scent tablet that shows in the instruction booklet is to be inserted into the pocket of the mop head.

I ordered this because it said it included a carpet glider and scented discs. Neither are included, so it's going back to Walmart and I'll look for a different steam mop. It was already priced pretty high and around 80 bucks and yet doesn't even come with what it's supposed to. Not worth the money.
