Easy to put on. They stay on until you take them off. They do leave streaks unless you move the mop back and forth according to instructions. Longer strokes will leave streaks. Scrubbing spots on the floor is easy due to the thickness of the mop pad.

After trying a different (and cheaper) steam cleaner which I was totally disappointed in, I started reading reviews on different steam cleaners and decided to try this Bissell based on reviews. I love it. It does such a hood job on my laminate and on linoleum. I use lowest setting for laminate and it is dry by the time I make one pass thru. I have two little dogs and finally feel my floors are clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Bissell steam machines are very well built because this is my second set of new replacement pads. I always soak them (the dirty ones) right after use in a plastic tub with warm water with oxyclean before they go in the wash- that's how much dirt they pick up! Then after washing in hot water on the 'heavy' cycle, I let them air dry. They never loose their shape or shrink. Good product!

I am a professional house cleaner. I have used many (more expensive) steam mops. The Bissell PowerFresh is light weight, heats up quickly, is easy to use and has a super long cord. The pads are great on all types of floors, even laminate which tends to be fussy. My only negative is I wish the water tank were a little bigger.

You can't bleach out the dirt most of the time (when you have pets). I also love the fragrance discs. I will definitely continue to buy these.

Cost close to $30 for 2 pads - that's expensive. Other than that the steam mop is a good product. If you can find something cheaper that's the way to go.

I loved that I could purchase extra pads - they are white and are hard to clean the dirt off of them in the wash after using - the scent discs are pleasant but I don't usually take the time to stick them in the provided space.

The mop pads don't usually stay in place and they're kind of hard to adjust once you have steaming water coming out of the device. Installing them was always a struggle as well. The scented discs were nice at least. I spend more time fighting with the pad or trying to get a new one on that I returned not only these, but the mop too!

I ordered and washed them as instructions indicated before use and they had unraveling in some of the seams, I had to hand sew before mopping. This shouldn't happen for the price for these. Disappointed.

I used the steamer mop twice. First time steam cleaned beautifully. Second time, no steam. Could not figure out why it did not steam on second use. Thought it was a good deal. I guess not!
