I bought this because we needed something to get our tile really clean. After using it the tile looked much better. The steam Really Made a big difference over our regular spin mop. They are both really good. Now we use the spin mop on the hardwood and the steam on the tile.
It's very satisfying to use this product. I was able to scrub my kitchen floors off old grime that just got embedded in to the tiles from years of use and would not come off with regular washing. For that I had to use pink paste though, I would just drop blobs on the floor here and there and go over them with the rotating steamer which would spread and scrub over the tiles. It was very satisfying to see grey dirt come off. It would be very unbearable to do this with my hands. After that I had to wipe the loosened dirty scam, I used Bissel crossway for that, but I suppose that clean pads on the rotating steamer would work as well. Now I just use plain steam to upkeep the tile, and it does great scrubbing. It quietly huffs and puffs over the floors. I actually like it more than Bissell Cross wave, which doesn't do such a deep cleaning. Neither rotating steamer nor cross wave wash grout lines, I am yet to find the best and fastest way for those. I am happy with the purchase, and recommend it.
I absolutely love this steamer. It does a fantastic job on cleaning. My tile looks clean, but it is porous, so it holds the dirt and this steamer really cleans it.
One of my favorite steam mops. It is easy to use, heats up quickly and sanitizes large areas. The only downside to this is that it doesn't quite fit the hard to reach places.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful product! I love the power of a nontoxic steam cleaner. This mop really gets out all the grime my dog tracks in and it keeps her safe! I was a little hesitant at first as it is a corded product, and I live in a three-story townhome but the cord is actually very long and honestly, I love the limitless cleaning power it gives me. I had an older cordless Bissell mop that gave me 20mins/charge at best. 10/10 would recommend! #sweepstakes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to clean the hard surface floors in the kitchen and dining room. At first use attempt, I was unable to get the mops to spin. After all the troubleshooting, I finally found out the handle wasn't fully connected. After that it's been smooth running! Cord length is great and it sanitizes the floor well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large square footage of tile in my home. The SpinWave with SmartSteam makes it easy to keep it all clean. I have cats. I having clean floors without the need for chemical cleaners that could harm my pets.
I am very happy with this steam mop. Per my research it was one of the better one3s and at a good price. I have a bottle filled with Pine Sol that I spray on the tile and pass the mop over it. Saves on money.
This is a easy to use "steam" mop, and I bought it on sale. We have tile floors, and they are not easy to keep clean with a dog. Overall, I am pleased with the spin mop. It was a little bit of a challenge to assemble it due mainly to the instructions being very short. It came with a total of 4 mop heads, which is good. I would suggest that your floors be wet mopped and allowed to dry immediately before using this mop because the pads become very dirty quickly is the floor is not pre-mopped. As I said, overall I am quite pleased with the tool, and will know more based on its longevity.
Machine works fine but its distinct lack of ability to clean corners is so poor. I watched a ton of reviews and no one addressed this basic issue, and until I tried it out , it didn't even cross my mind.
