QUITE ! Moves easily. I used on my hardwood floors. The floor looked much cleaner/brighter to me. I was using a Bona. I am really impressed, this is my first time use. Make sure you snap the water reservoir done tightly, I figured that out when it was leaking on the floor. I really do love how quiet it is. Big win for me Bissell!

I have Fibromyalgia and two types of arthritis. This machine is a miracle for me. It is the easiest one I have ever used. It guides itself, I just have to basically barely touch the handle. I have pain every day, and this is best thing. I love it!!!!

I bought this because we needed something to get our tile really clean. After using it the tile looked much better. The steam Really Made a big difference over our regular spin mop. They are both really good. Now we use the spin mop on the hardwood and the steam on the tile.

Bought this to clean floors in our house that was going on the market. One floor in particular was really bad, having seldom been cleaned because of alot of furniture in the room to get around. This made the floor look brand new. I bought extra scrubby pads %26 can't wait to use it on an old floor in our new home %26 see how many years of dirt it takes off that the mop just doesn't touch. Am concerned about how long it will last tho', as everything is plastic. And how soon I won't be able to get pads for it any longer.

The SpinWave is amazing and works well on floors. We have pets and it helps clean the floors of dirt, dust and any wet messes. Obviously sweep before use. Easy to use. Gets hot quick! Great for large area and small areas of flooring. Buy extra pads … you'll want to use it everywhere!

This is my second Spin Wave mop. The first one I had for over 5 years. I have a really bad back, and traditional mopping is just impossible for me. I love these because they take off on their own, you just guide them - no pushing them back and forth and bending constantly like an old-school mop. The tank holds enough water for me to steam my kitchen, pantry, and living room without a refill. These are just GREAT products.

I had been using a Shark steamer for a few years. The 3 I purchased continued to stop working after about a year. Bissell has been around forever so I decided to try it. This Bissell SpinWave SmartSteam works so much better in all ways. It's so easy to %26 convenient to use!

this is impossible to guide without going against where it wants to go, risking ruining the entire thing just by trying to gently manuever it. it gets very hot which i like but its very confusing how/what to press to change the mode because it just does what it wants. the only thing i like is how easy the pads are to remove and put back on. if this wasnt a gift from my husband, i would return immediately but i like him so here we are just leaving a review 😛

This is the second Bissell spinwave steam mop I have purchased. The first mop I returned after plastic part the connects the mop pad broke off. I've had this second mop for less than 3 months. The handle has snapped and the mop is no longer working. Great idea for a mop but these mops are poorly made and not worth the price. We only used this mop once a week.

I'm still waiting for the missing screw that should have been provided with my cleaner I cannot even use this and very ready to throw it in trash! At this point very dissatisfied with your company and product and will express this to many people I know I will never buy another product of yours again.
