It took a minute to figure out that it really had to snap with a solid click to hold together. I wouldn't sit on the top, but its fine for holding a plant or two. Being used on my balcony to contain bags of potting soil, containers, nutrients, etc. I really like it.

I like the appearance and weight

Other than needing to be an octopus to put together, it's great. I love it!

It is a good deal for the money. The plastic is a little thin so you cannot use a seat. It is easy to move and looks good. It holds a lot of stuff.

i purchased this garden tote and it came to me damaged. wrote the company and they would not send me a replacement lip that the hinge was broke off. they then said that they could refund only 30%. wanted me to ship it back. went to local wal mart and they said they couldnt make a refund. my money went to walmart.com so I think they should make me a refund and them deal with the other company. I repeat my money went to wal mart .com. My next step is to put on facebook a warning not to buy from walmart.com because they don't make right my purchase from walmart.com. company said it was well packed but it was not. the only packing was at each end and nothing over these parts.

Customer service is horrible!!! I've been trying to return this for a larger size and it's going on 2 weeks and communication sucks!! Do not buy from Bitiwend!!

Wasn't what I was expecting. Didn't like it at all. Too hard for me to put together. I'm waiting for Indio how to return it.

this is the biggest rip off. i get tge product, its flimsy as heck and the pieces dont even fit. i contact the company and send them pictures and they offer me 15% refund....wow, for something that is worthless and cant be used. A horrible priduct and even worse customer Service

Flimsy and does not hold up

So when I received this item. It was cracked. Contact the seller and didn't hear from them for over a week now. I just want them to send me another one. I don't even want my money back. I will never order anything on line again.
