Although they arrived quickly and seemed healthy only one seems to be growing. And sadly it looks like it's struggling.

It seems as tho it is dead!
Lets say I'm pretty good with growing flowers but this peony has not come up yet at all! It looks like its dead because nothing is showing and I set it out the day after I received it!

Peony died
Peony didn't come up. Root died and it didn't sprout at all. Please refund i had hope that it will sprout this long but the root appear to be bad
