l.recently became aware of this product l have just begun taking it now for a week. l have had good results thus far.l noticed my blood sugar has been lower some. will need more time to really tell. lm excited about using it, l have been told some pretty exciting things about this biblical herb. stay tuned, and I will get back to you all in a couple of months.

Too soon to tell if the are benefits in using black seed oil - is only been a week, but no stomach/nausea issues as described in the warning label. My only concern - thus the 4 star rating - is the label clearly states 'store in a cool, dry, dark space'. Package was delivered on a hot day and the capsules were still warm several hours after receiving the shipment. It was not left outside, and was immediately brought in when delivered. Best to purchase in the store if you are concerned about overheating.
