Black & Decker HH2455 24-inch HedgeHog Dual-action Blade Hedge Trimmer

I highly recommend this 24" black and decker hedge trimmer! I was comparing the other brands, blade length and power and I found this one through Walmart. It has the power. The blades are sharp and are solid. It cuts nice, clean and even. They are not cheaply made or flimsy. It's easy to handle and it's not too heavy. It was money well spent. Enjoy the summer!!

I was surprised at how powerful this trimmer is. I trimmed a set of three overgrown bushes in about 10 minutes. Whenever it takes longer to set up and clean up than to do the job, I know I have a good tool, which was the case with this one.

Lightweight and powerful. Wish I upgraded sooner. Highly recommend.

I had one for many years and the motor burned out. The new one is more powerful. Very pleased with the performance.

This item is easy to operate and does a great job. I didn't receive the Blade cover for my item...waiting patiently for you to send it.

For being a Black and Decker I'm more than a little disappointed with this trimmer. It is supposed to cut up to 3/4 inch branches. It will cut twigs and small 1/4 inch branches fine, but anything bigger than that is a stretch. It chews on the branch until it finally cuts through, but the cut isn't clean or quick. It was easier and quicker to get the manual cutters out. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a power trimmer. The ragged cut can't be good on the hedge. When done it looked like a herd of beavers came through and trimmed my hedge.

Retail package was all wrapped in tape because the box was all ripped from rough handling during shipping. Item works as intended but blades are bent from the rough handling. Item should have been in a shipping box.

company sent a damaged used product, so dont have any idea if priduct was good. never opened because it had already been opened and taped back up returned hope to get a refund.
