Sun Joe 10" Corded Electric Powered Multi-Angle Pole Chainsaw Tool, 14' Reach Max, 8-Amp

This is a well made device with excellent attention to fit and detail. It was assembled easily with the instructions provided and worked as soon as I plugged it in and activated the safety trigger. Since then I have been able to trim both my crape myrtles and a bald cypress lower canopy with amazing ease. It collapses nicely for efficient storage. On top of that the package included the pole saw, all parts, a tool and sufficient bar oil to fill the reservoir. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone capable of following simple instructions.

The saw was in good condition. But unfortunately it was not what I expected. I did return it to my local Walmart. The return was very easy and the women that excepted the return very nice and the refund to my account was very quick. It was good doing business with Walmart.

Sharp as heck. Easy to use. Fast delivery. Actually ran over it by accident didn't do a thing to it.

Only wish it extends further as did earlier models of this pole saw.

I would've given a 5 star but I couldn't. I will explain. I ordered this item in the color green. I received this item in the color black. I've notified via email regarding the situation to Walmart and the company which manufacturer the pole saw. I been waiting for my response which has been negative. I was advised that the company was going to contact me within 48 hours. It's been almost two weeks. If Walmart reads the feedback, please contact me regarding the above. Thank you very much

The bar for the chain burned up after 2 times using it not good because you can't get parts even for it

This one didn't work at all . Waste of money . I had to go to Home Depot and buy a better one. When I went to return the Walmart store said since I bought it online can't return there at the store by the time I initiated the return , the return window was close . It's really a waste of money.

Chain flew off after sawing one limb about 1inch thick. Flew off again two more times and bent two parts of the chain that fits into the bar!
