I love the colour it gave me, definitely brightened my hair up. It was easy to use and had clear directions. The only thing I didnt like is the smell of it. It had an extremely strong hair dye smell ( I had to wash with normal shampoo 3 times to get the smell to go down) other than that, its great! Works very well for touchups. Quantity control is a big plus, only having to use a little at a time to cover roots makes this last a long time.

I like how it leaves my hair in a natural look. it doesn't look like a die job. You still have a little bit of in my case white hair but it's a lighter color in blondish brown. I love it. It works great for me.

Works well, but missing items I tried this hair dye shampoo mainly to cover my gray hair, and I have to say it did the job perfectly. It was very easy to use, and I really appreciated that it didn't have a strong smell like other products. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the packaging clearly said it included a cap and scarf to protect the skin, but they were not inside the box. That was disappointing, as those items are helpful to avoid staining during application. Overall, I do recommend it for its effectiveness and ease of use, but the company should be more careful with what they advertise on the package.

didnt have too many instructions yes it's easy to use but the process still takes a while. You pump mix 5 minutes in your hand then apply. Maybe the company should add a mixing bowl and a funnel and an application bottle then it would be more convenient.

Smells good, large size, fast shipping, got my hair clean, HOWEVER, it did not change my hair color at all. I have used hair dye shampoos in the past %26 they worked great. I may have gotten a defective bottle. I would steer clear just to be safe.

The product did not cover gray well and the pump stopped working after the first use! A waste of money.!

When I apply this product for grey hair, it stains not only my hair but also my skin — everything turns black. And the worst part is, after taking a bath the very next day, the grey hairs come back again. It doesn't last at all. Honestly, it's not even worth a single dollar. I'm really disappointed and frustrated because instead of solving my problem, it created even more trouble for me

the product is not a very good product,I applied it ti my hair and instead of coming out light brown it came out red. I would not recommend this product ,also the price was too high for the quality I believe it should be sold at dollar store to say the least.

Save your money! I have tried leaving it on for the recommended 10 minutes, I've left it on for 20, 30 %26 up to an hour %26 it doesn't change my color one bit!
