i was surprise to see how everything you need is already there. just need to install it which is not a brainer. the price and most of all the assembly is way better than to spend an arm and a leg at lowes. i would buy another just to keep as a spare.

this is such a nice faucet you can move it all around the sink because the top comes off of the faucet it also has a sprayer on the nozzle I had a name brand one before this one and this one is so much better i cant believe how cheap it was and how nice it is

Wow Man, the appaerce is fabulous the quality is great except the the threading on the pull down faucet just as long as I keep it snugg and not over tighten. Other than that all the parts to keep it sturdy and mounted sold. I mean this was 10×'s better than the one I bought at Home Depot that one defective or something this is a Great Deal

I was disappointed - I loved the display and the alternative water flow. But there were NO install instructions and we searched every Internet source and couldn't find anything. Also noticed that a lot of other reviews noted no/inferior instructions. Although I've installed many faucets, this one was different and being afraid to mess it up, I returned it.

For $25 dollars it's not terrible. The pictures are deceiving. The faucet head does not turn horizontal and spray. It only works in vertical position. The holes on the side are for decoration I guess? The plastic mounting nut that goes on the bottom stripped out. I had to use the metal one from the old faucet. This was purchased for a child mud sink so not upset.

First of all the design and look and style of the faucet was just what I was looking for. The poor quality of the mountain accessories, and the fact that there were no instructions included both lead me to think that no wonder the piece of crap was on sale. I tried for two hours to get it tightened up so that the base didn't turn when you turned the faucet and because of the sea shape of the fastener that just will not tighten then there are two screws that you're supposed to tighten once you get it to a certain amount and then those are supposed to push against a washer and hold it tight. Which does not work. Everything is tightened and in place and when using there is no leak, however once a week the bucket I placed under it to ensure there's no leaks is half full, and I have to empty it. I have seen leak dripping from somewhere up near the faucet that you have no way of getting inside the faucet so you don't know if water is coming from the hose when the faucet is pulled apart or what. It has a cool look but improved the quality of fasteners and actually install instructions in the box and you would have a winner probably unfortunately like everything I get from Walmart these days the quality has dropped precipitously and it will not change nor improve. Just like no one will read this review and send me replacement connectors or instructions or anything of that nature because this review only serves to possibly get that one person‘s attention who saw the huge price drop and thinks That it is out of the goodness of Walmart‘s heart that the price has dropped. It's not Walmart who dropped the price it's the fact that the faucet is basically junk.

Most of it was assembled for the buyer BUT THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS as to how to put the loose parts that weren't preassembled on the sink!!!! I even called a neighborhood handyman, and he was unable to determine what part went where! Now I'm going to have to call a plumber for $100 an hour.

PLEASE do NOT BUY IT. I know it looks cool and innovative, but it is not worth it. I purchased this item and two of the hoses arrived punctured. Once i paid to have someone assemble it, water skeeted profusely. Now I'm still in need of a faucet with even more costly repairs to be made after this garbage flooded my ENTIRE lower kitchen cabinet. I contacted cuatomer service about the situation, and all they offered was a refund and a 5.00 coupon-Which serves as an insult to over a hundred dollars in additional repairs.

It looks great, works great, easy to assemble, but the top is too short so the water runs VERY close to the back of the sink. While washing dishes or anything the water just ran all back behind the faucet making a complete mess. I do have a more shallow sink though so maybe with a deeper sink it would work better. I have already returned it. Also, it did not come with instructions in the box, luckily I already knew how to assemble it.

I don't know what the problem is I never received the item and it was sent back to the shipper they kept the land my delivery saying that they had delivery issues which it shouldn't been an issue because the directions instructions is is playing and simple for eyes to read so I don't know what the problem is but I never received that item or another item that was supposed to be shipped back to so overall poor experience made me very upset.
