Let me preface by stating that I love coffee, and when falls rolls around, I love it even more with the pumpkin spice flavors. I may be a bit bias for the type of flavor, but you wouldn't be here reading this if you weren't a fan and curious of this product, yourself. That being said, I also took note of the single review before purchasing, a one-star review, however, being the open-minded individual I am, I still decided to purchase it and give it a try. Upon opening the bottle, you get a wonderful aroma of coffee and spices. Definitely a lot to unpack just from the scent, but I decided to waste no more time and made a cup of equal parts concentrate and water along with ice as per the instructions. Took a sip before adding any creamer and I can say there is a lot of flavor on its own. Was waiting for the results the one-star review I previously read stated, but they did not occur (and that is a good thing if you have read it yourself). Adding a splash of my favorite creamer only enhanced the experience and it is making for one delicious cup of coffee I am sipping right now as I am typing this review. My own theory of the one-star review is that they possibly don't have experience with cold brew and didn't realize it is concentrated and must be diluted. Ultimately, I LOVE this coffee! It has a wonderful aroma, great taste, and I will definitely be looking for it again!

Absolutleu awful! Tried mixing it in every way possible to make it drinkable. Nope. Straight down the drain and $10 wasted. I have no idea how this made it to production.

I love BRCC but this product was absolutely horrible. It tasted like chemicals and i love everything pumpkin spice usually

It tastes like chemicals. theres no pumpkin flavor, and leaves a nasty aftertaste

Not good muxed with water or milk. it tastes like chapstick, yuck!

Its not a pleasant taste, to bitter with a very fake sweetener taste

Absolutely disgusting. We love cold brew concentrate but this was undrinkable. It was way too sweet even when we diluted it more than what the instructions recommend. Very gross.

I've been looking forward to this sense I got their “basic Batch” a year or two ago, but this pumpkin spice was over-done with the spice to the point where my mouth and throat were numb.

It just tastes weird. Not like pumpkin. Too sweet.
