What a great toaster! 1. Wide enough for multigrain breads, pastries and bagels...even hubby's "fill-and-fold" breakfast burritos! 2. Doesn't take forever to toast and 3. Lots of heat levels to choose from! 4. Pull-out crumb tray for quick, easy cleaning.

This stainless steel Toaster works really good. I had some misgivings because it was On Sale. I put the bread in and up pops the Toast. I only put my toast on the Number Two Level because I don't even like the smell of burnt toast -- let alone the taste of it. Only negative is that the "toaster area" is a tad short for the whole wheat bread that we buy. So, I toast one end and flip it around to toast the other side. It has a convenient button to press if you put a bagel or a muffin in it. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this product as a starter toaster. It doesn't have a feature to stop the toasting which I found disappointing. It is difficult to heat English muffins because they don't come up high enough to get them out of the toaster. I don't know that it will be wide enough for bagels as well. It is a great toaster though for someone who is starting out and does not make daily toast.

It's a nice design for a toaster, but dialing in the toast time has been very difficult. It appears to have some hot spots- had the upper right corner of my toast black with the lower left corner still light. No cancel button, you have to dial the knob all the way down to 0 to force your items up. It's probably better for bagels and thick bread slices, the thin slices shrink and curl which makes the toasting performance even worse. It looks nice on the counter but doesn't work well. The defrost setting seems useless, zero difference seen in toaster strudels. Disappointing from Black and Decker.

We've learned that it doesn't matter if you spend $10 or $75...toasters will be toasters. This is a basic toaster because I'm sick of paying for the "pretty ones." It works. There's no "cancel" button so you have to reset how toasted you want each time you cancel. We're hoping to get a year out of it, maybe less, probably not more.

not wide enough for bagels, buns and rolls despite what package states. there is no button to immediately raise bread. i had to turn the dial back to zero to stop cooking, which lost our preferred toast setting. also, the lift mechanism only lifted bread about a 1/2" above the hot metal. worth it to pay more for these features. nice black %26 decker design with minimal plastics.

Did not like the fact that it has no place for the cord to be stored there's some little tiny feet under underneath the toaster, but the cord really doesn't fit down there. It was not what I would've preferred nor would I have bought it if I knew it had no placement to stow away the cord.

This toaster get hot all over, cannot touch even the sides of toaster without risk of getting burned. The slots are too short and bread slices barely fit. I hate this toaster in a way I did not know I could loathe an appliance. I feel like I threw the money out the window. Would not recommend.

This toaster has a good appearance, but it is NOT a good toaster....I considered returning it , but could not get in to the store at the time....One side of the bread gets toasted...the other side is still pale. The button to pop up the toast manually does not work, you need to unplug cord to get it to pop up before required time....I was disappointed because my previous Black and Decker was a very Good toaster...Good for various types of bread and also bagels....I thought I had researched enough to make a wise decision, but this was Not a good choice.

It's hard to know if it works well or not! It did not come in my order. I already filed a return request but have had no response. I also did not receive a loaf of bread but have already received the refund for it. What gives. I didn't give you all some extra money just for kicks! That toaster wasn't free! I already had to purchase one somewhere else! So I'm out over twenty something dollars???
