Better than I had hoped. Easy to use, clean. Secure lid makes transport easier. Temperature probe simple to use and more confident that the food is cooked thoroughly.

This crockpot is a beast! Great price and an amazing product! Easy to set temps, timer, and slow cook, and sous. Also as a bonus I love the temp probe!

I bought this only to use the Sous-Vide on it and dare I say it cooked to perfection. I questioned whether this would do what a regular sous-vide would do but it did with ease. No complaints from me.

this crckpot is excellent. the ceramic crock is so much lighter than my previous one. i havent tried the probe yet, but plan to soon.

the locking lid and silicone gasket application is a great feature not only for transport but also during cooking. As a result, the lid is held tightly in place.

Very bad customer service. Came with cracked ceramic and refuse to remedy/replace. No response. I would not recommend Black %26 Decker—terrible! They will not stand behind their product. Will buy elsewhere.

I was so excited to get this, but sadly it has t worked from the start. I have tried it on three occasions for pot roasts and pork shoulders and it just doesn’t heat as it should. I have come home after 9 hours to a luke warm pot of uncooked meat that I have had to toss. I plan to call black and decker and demand a refund. We’ll see how that goes. Hopefully I can at least save someone else from wasting $65-70.
