I LOVE THIS VAC..I purchased 3--one for Office-1 for Kitchen..1 for the bedroom. So Handy %26 easy to Use %26 Clean..I have used these Vacs for Years now. I do keep very clean--always Wash Filter ...it insures the Vac will Last if it can breathe. * charging goes very quickly.. Power Level does last for the Job I am doing.*The ease of usefulness %26 ease of use i amazing.

Who doesn't love a dust buster??!! I love them to vacuum under the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom. They pick up the kitty litter granules that the kitty leaves by her toilet. A dust buster is great for vacuuming the car...but doesn't get into the tightest spots. It is easy to empty and has a hook to keep it ready for use.

Very handy vacuum cleaner for small to medium messes, like cat litter, little things that just get under everything...dust bunnies, etc. Charging cradle could be redesigned better because it knocks over easy!

The only thing I don't like is that the cord is not hooked to a base instead of to the vaumn. Other people use it and are not careful about how they handle the cord.

This cordless vacuum puts others to shame. It has power to pick up anything. With its extension tube in the neck, it allows you to pick up things without bending over as far. And the 90 degree turning of the neck gets in where you want to go. Its worth every cent I paid for it. And the lithium battery won't get memory lock when charging it, like nickel cadmium batteries do. If you want a decent cordless vacuum, this is the only one to even think about. And the caddy that holds in on the wall has a hook that holds it properly. And easy to empty.

My second Black and Decker handheld! The first lasted about 10 years. This one has as much suction as the first and looks like it might be easier to clean out. I use mine for shredded kleenex when I forget to empty pockets on laundry day; dusting along edges of flooring/molding; window sills; spider webs and anything dry that has dropped on the floor. Very convenient for small jobs so I don't have to get the large vacuum out.

I bought this two years ago. This little vacuum is the best I've ever had. It lasts on one charge as expected, but easy to recharge. It doesn't have an indicator when it's fully recharged, but I leave it for 8 hours and seems to be enough. The suction is not great, but it picks up most and works for what I need. I use it for occasional pickup in the house and the car. I don't have a pet, so I don't know how it will do for pet hair. The unit comes apart so that everything is washable but the motor/housing. That I wipe down with a damp cloth. The filter is washable, which I have done repeatedly with one filter over two years. I did buy backup filters but have never needed to change the original filter out. I wash the filter with ordinary dish detergent and running water and allow it to dry completely before reassembling. I would buy this again!

It works as well as my other model ! Not sure if it has as much power as the other one but information on Black %26 Decker doesn't give those details!!! One drawback is when you charge it there is no light illumination to tell you that it's completely charged and my other one lit up blue so brightly to know it was charged and ready to go. That's my only disappointment and in the descriptions I read on it. It didn't say that so I assume it was like my other model of black and Deca thank you.

Only needs charging ounce a week, just use for small jobs ,mostly get up cat litter near the litter box. Had an older B&D that looks the same but with ni-cad battery . The lithium battery makes all the difference. My only complaint is that the charger cord has to be plugged in separately , but hey only every week or so . Highly recommend.

I bought this about a year ago, and it worked great - still has great suction, but it won't stay running for more than about 20 seconds, then it just shuts off. I turn the switch off then on and it runs for another 20 seconds - then shuts off. This is it's continuous pattern. We use it strictly for cleaning crumbs off the furniture and the odd scatter mat cleanup but it's frustrating so I bought another one. Both the filter and the housing are clean and I can't figure out what's wrong with it. Any Ideas???
