KitchenAid Ultra Power 3-Speed Hand Mixer, Empire Red, Model KHM312ER

I needed a blender fast, and shipped/delivered. I thought about getting one more cheap hand mixer because they never last. If rust doesn't take it out of commission then motor burnout will. A wise friend recommended to stay with KitchenAid because of durability and trustworthiness. What the heck, with my friend's recommendation and nothing to lose, I selected this reasonably priced less-fussy base model hand mixer. It does what I need it to, and I can hope for the longer life expectancy of better quality appliances. Plus the color is very cute.

I cannot say enough about the kitchenaid brand its self. they are a good made brand over all. this hand mixer is heavy and good made but not heavy where it would make it unusable or uncomfortable to use. but heavy where you know it isn't cheap or gonna break if it gets knocked on floor accidently. the color was nice. we used it a lot at thanksgiving poor thing didn't get a break we had about 21 people in our family get together so there was a lot of food and it got a work out. didn't notice any issues no trouble cleaning. it mixed everything from cake to taters. and later that night made home made cookies. cord is pretty long so you have a lot to work with. its not loud so no worries there. its worth the money we still use it today. and we also have the big counter top one if that tell you anything.

Kitchenaid what a brand that's has been around for years! Nothing can stop the well made brand! I would ask if you could get the beater l little bit stronger! But your kitchenaid and I tried to do other but ! You still have the full title ! I have a commercial mixer and that's for larger sizes productions ! But I'm purchasing a new Kitchenaid just because of the craftsmanship and stability if it's heavy then it's durable enough to take on heavy production. And in this world everyone is doing some kind of production! Thank you KITCHEAID YOU ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST !

A good mixer but nowhere near the quality of the past

This is the second kitchen aid hand mixer I have had. They are awesome great purchase. They are workhorses. They do the job and hardly make any noise at all. I highly recommend them. Jane participate.

This mixer looks fantastic. The beaters fit nicely. The cord is quality and it is nice how it locks into place - to the right or left - so that it sits easily when not in use. BUT, unfortunately the power of this is so weak. I bought it because of the price and the brand and the color (red), but the 3 speeds it has are quite wimpy. I'm keeping my eye out for a replacement. If I baked more often, I'd probably have taken this back for a refund right away.

I ordered this mixer and while using it for the first time the beater wouldn't stay in the mixer. It doesn't have any power either! Its high speed is like a low speed on cheaper mixers. Do not recommend!

It looks, sounds, and works like all other mixers. Unfortunately, in the middle of my second use, it died. One of the beaters fell out and won't stay in place any longer.

It didnt whip jello. My recipe wanted my jello whipped. No can do! Either not enough power or maybe because the whippers are thin wire so they dont really disturb anything. Idk

The first one, the beaters would not lock into place at all. The replacement, they did lock into place, however they fell out in the middle of mixing the cookie dough! I've never been more disappointed in a Kitchen Aid product. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
