This mixer can handle it!! I mix the flour, sugar, margarine, eggs, and flour with the regular blades and then switch to the twisty blades when I add the oatmeal etc. The power of this mixer is amazing

I cannot say enough about the kitchenaid brand its self. they are a good made brand over all. this hand mixer is heavy and good made but not heavy where it would make it unusable or uncomfortable to use. but heavy where you know it isn't cheap or gonna break if it gets knocked on floor accidently. the color was nice. we used it a lot at thanksgiving poor thing didn't get a break we had about 21 people in our family get together so there was a lot of food and it got a work out. didn't notice any issues no trouble cleaning. it mixed everything from cake to taters. and later that night made home made cookies. cord is pretty long so you have a lot to work with. its not loud so no worries there. its worth the money we still use it today. and we also have the big counter top one if that tell you anything.

It's a great stylish looking hand mixer but I didn't realize it only had 3 speeds. I do a lot of baking, so I prefer a few higher speeds. Great for a starter hand mixer or just for light stuff. I wasn't sure if it would be tough enough for thick cookie batter, so I will try to get one with 6 speeds if available. It has an ejector button for the blades. Love the colors on these. KitchenAid products are very well made.

This mixer looks fantastic. The beaters fit nicely. The cord is quality and it is nice how it locks into place - to the right or left - so that it sits easily when not in use. BUT, unfortunately the power of this is so weak. I bought it because of the price and the brand and the color (red), but the 3 speeds it has are quite wimpy. I'm keeping my eye out for a replacement. If I baked more often, I'd probably have taken this back for a refund right away.

I ordered this mixer and while using it for the first time the beater wouldn't stay in the mixer. It doesn't have any power either! Its high speed is like a low speed on cheaper mixers. Do not recommend!

It looks, sounds, and works like all other mixers. Unfortunately, in the middle of my second use, it died. One of the beaters fell out and won't stay in place any longer.

The first one, the beaters would not lock into place at all. The replacement, they did lock into place, however they fell out in the middle of mixing the cookie dough! I've never been more disappointed in a Kitchen Aid product. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Just open the box after purchasing on March 27 to use for the first time. Notice that you have to insert the beaters into a certain side or one of them just falls out then I also realized that I didn't get the whisk and I didn't get the attachment for storage so it looks like I'll be returning this unfortunately.

It didnt whip jello. My recipe wanted my jello whipped. No can do! Either not enough power or maybe because the whippers are thin wire so they dont really disturb anything. Idk
