BLACK+DECKER PHS550B 3.4 Amp Powered Hand Saw

This is my 3rd Navigator. Love the item - I use it for everything around the yard. The new model has a different hand grip - cushy but my hand slips when cutting for a longer length of time.

sometimes we need tools for cutting any material (wood, plastic and metal).... I used to cut cpvc water pipes, cutting wood studs and closet shelves... easy and fast.

This saw was recommended to me cos i needed to cut down some bushes that were growing around my trees and also cos i have to repair an old shed. The saw looks like its up to the jobs i have in mind but before i could use it my son used it to make himself a anime 'prop gun" out of pvc pipes and used this saw to cut the pipes. It was his 1st time using it and we were both very impressed! This saw comes with 2 different types of blades which is a plus! I would recommend every household has one:)

I'VE OWNED ONE FOR MANY YEARS. I'M GIVING THIS NEW ONE AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. THE SAW IS A GREAT TOOL TO HAVE IN THE HOME.

I have had one of these saws since 2004 (after Hurricane Ivan), it was called 'NAVIGATOR". iIt was a wonderful tool, until I lent it out. It was destroyed. I found this (now) tool on lign. It's the same thing as I had and I believe the extra blades I had for my Navigator will fit. I'm anxious to try it out. AND the price is right. Tnx B

This has to be the best tool I never knew I needed! Easy to start - it is a little work horse. It fits the gap between clippers and a full size chain saw.

fast shipping and delivery , had no problems with putting saw blade on it and if i can do it at 76, anybody can do it , a great little light weight saw

I needed a light weigh, electric, single blade saw to cut out dead wood in my bushes and tree limbs. B&D came out with this very recently and its a super little piece of equipment! I'm a senior..with weak wrists.. It cut thru 2" dia wood with ease. I do not like the safety switch!! My small hands can't "thumb" that button and pull the trigger at one time.. A piece of duck tape will hold it down!! Just be careful when you decide to bypass safety options!! I love it.. It does every thing I need!!

Great price at a perfect size for most every job around the house. Our fence gate to back yard was scraping the flagstones and was too awkward to cut with a normal…B&D to the rescue. Perfect width for close to the ground and easy trimmed in a couple minutes.

Blade too hard to attach. Will return to store.
