This is a replacement purchase, testament to how well this iron performs. It has stood up to four years of carpal tunnel dropping. I've never had an iron survive for four years. The cord length makes it perfect when it comes to ironing for sewing projects. A long cored is needed since I iron in the kitchen, so the cord needs to cover a good distance in order for me to use it. I also enjoy it because of the amount of steam that it produces. I use a lot less pressure when ironing linens because of this. In the past I have bent ironing boards attempting to iron wrinkles out of curtains because the steam wasn't adequate enough to do the job. I did forget who made the iron though so I did a lot of a scrolling before I seen it. It's been so long since I've had it all of the words have rubbed off. However, it's cool because I marked the settings and there have been no issues with determining the temperature. Before this, I used the Black %26 Decker Classic Iron and switched to this for better steam control.

I actually had this same iron and replaced it due to age. This model is lightweight and very durable. I would highly recommend it or I wouldn't have bought another one. Reviewed by a very happy and well creased WM Associate.

Oh my gosh, I have never raved about an iron. I have spent three times as much on an iron and never got results like this iron. #1 - Looks great. #2 - Light. I always thought an iron had to be heavy, but not so. #3 - Cuts my ironing time in about half. I don't know why, but it irons so easily. #4 - Love the steam or spray. (I don't like having to constantly hold my thumb down for the steam feature. However, my other irons were a constant steam. I had to either turn it off (the steam setting) each time I moved the garment, or let it steam the entire time which uses a lot of water.) #5 - No distilled water required! #6 - Nice cord length and pivoting cord!! I really detest ironing, but this iron makes it much more bearable. :) But, I won't be taking in any ironing. LOL

Having spent $80 to $100 for an iron in the past and only to drop it and then its shot. Finally decided to try an iron under $30 and glad I did. This iron is lightweight, has a lot of steam and can iron 6 shirts without having to fill the chamber again. Plus, this is the first iron that does not leak !! Very pleased with iron !!

Purchased this iron because my Rowenta iron was not working anymore. I have purchased Rowenta irons in the past. This iron is lightweight and irons like a breeze. Has lots of steam and takes the wrinkles out of jeans real quick. Love, love, love this iron. Would definitely recommend in purchasing this iron. The price is reasonable and the product works well.

I used it this week to get a better crease on my pants...it works well. My last Black and Decker lasted about 15 years, and I expect this to be similar. The only thing that I miss is the teflon bottom that the old one had...but not sure that it is necessary. The price is right, and it feels well made.

I purchased this item in a pinch. It's okay but not great. Cord is nice and long. Produces plenty of steam. Difficult to see how much water remains through purple plastic window. Iron is not very heavy so it's hard to get wrinkles out of weightier fabrics. It serves its purpose but don't expect to have it for too long.

One must work too hard at getting the wrinkles out, reviewing same places with it. Moreover, the settings are unclear in the sense of relating it to the material/temperature balance. The light is just on, doesn't go from red to green or anything to let you know its properly heated up. Cheap product where you are getting what you pay for. Will have to re-evaluate future iron choices and price ranges.

I was trying to make vinyl shirts and was losing my mind because they just would not stay! The max temp on this is about half of my old iron, it does not get hot enough to iron clothes, let alone iron-on vinyl. I like that you can choose steam or not but it doesn't even tell you when it's done heating up!

This iron drips water, doesn't steam enough, and doesn't have a large enough reservoir for the water. It isn't good at getting the wrinkles out either.
