Blackstone Bronco Outdoor Combo Griddle, 36 Inch 4-Burner Flat Top Grill with Vertical Pellet Smoker

Super easy to assemble. Love the size, love 2 smoking racks. It's a little slower than my Treager to come to temp but that could be the larger size. So far I'm loving it. I did not want to give up my 36 inch flat top to add the smoker to save room. This was the perfect answer.

Straight forward assembly. I did it with a pair of pliers and a screwdriver. Instructions were easy to follow. Well thought out design from Blackstone. Grill was packaged well for shipping. We have cooked about 90 percent of our meals on it since buying it. Had an offer of free assembly but Angi was a joke to deal with. Just ended up doing it myself as Angi couldn't seem to figure out how to get someone to me without a week wait.

So far the Bronco has been great, have seasoned it and cooked on a few times and have had no issues. Have not cooked in the pellet smoker yet but have run it a few times and everything seems to be working just fine.

Returned before using, it is big and very heavy but reason for returning is the design the smoker is difficult to access being, having to bend down to see smoker contents, 2 doors and racks that do not move easily...unfortunately the Bronco is only available online, if i could of seen, never would of bought

This product was damaged upon receivable. It was late arriving, and the grill the griddle does not sit down see it in its position properly and the doors are damaged. I'm looking for a discount on this product or a location close to me that I can swap it out.

Arrived quickly, but was damaged top to bottom with no visible damage to the carton. That left me to load a 365 lb cooker and deal with less than cooperative “customer service “ staff. I will try again since I really want this cooker and it is a Walmart exclusive. Wish Blackstone would make it available elsewhere.

Grill came in severely damaged. Not only can we not use it, I now have to find a way to get it back to a Walmart to return it. Not sure we even want to try ordering it again after seeing all of the damaged reviews. They also were supposed to deliver it on a Wednesday and we waited all day and it never showed. It finally came Friday. Thankfully I had a random Friday off to be able to receive it. Shame it's broken. Now what walmart?

As many others have said in their reviews, mine arrived severely damaged. We refused delivery upon arrival. Freight company returned the grill to Walmart and I have been fighting to get refunded for 6 weeks. I had to file a claim with Klarna so they wouldn't charge me for an item I don't have. The level of customer service and follow-through on Walmart's end is inexcusable.

I bought this unit for its “two in one” feature after seeing great reviews and doing extensive research. It arrived with large dents, but it's well-built, solid (365 pounds), and assembly was quick and easy. The griddle worked fine, but the smoker consistently overshot the set temperature by over 100 degrees, even after cleaning the temp probe, swapping pellet brands, and waiting over two hours. Blackstone suggested returning the unit or only sending parts. I'm pretty handy, but I expected it to work out of the box at this price, especially after the first run. The return process and policy was the worst I've experienced or heard of. I don't recommend this unit and highly suggest considering other options.

Box arrived damaged. Included assembly and guy continued to assemble even though several pieces damaged. Tray can't slide in. The back side has a huge dent/ dirty. Of course we already tipped the guy And Walmart refused to replace or send a replacement. Requested we return and re buy.
