This is a great, inexpensive product. I would highly recommend it. It helps. Keep your cooking utensils clean when outside.

This silicone mat has many uses around my kitchen, not just at the grill. I grab it to use as a hot pad. I set hot pans on it like a trivet. I use it for a spoon rest. Use it to keep a mixing bowl from sliding as I use the mixer. And I use it to cool baking trays out of the oven. Simple to wipe clean or toss in the dishwasher. Nice versatile addition to the kitchen.

This is so much better than the single griddle mat we had. 11x12.5 is enough space to fit 2 spatulas nicely and the scraper too. It is your silicone that is easy to clean. It sits nice and flat and helps keep my Blackstone counter surface clean. It is dishwasher safe so adds some extra ease to cleaning up.

The blackstone e-series 11x12.5 silicone griddle accessory mat is simple to use and easy to clean. I like having some place clean to set my spatula and tongs while cooking.
