I received the Blackstone Signature Stainless Steel Griddle Spatulas. This package comes with two huge spatula and I didn't realize how big until they arrived. They are about 15 inch long in total length. They have a nice heaviness to them and I like the quality stainless steel blades. They are very wide and I think would be awesome for grilling meat or hashbrowns and such. I like that the grip is slip resistant and has a rubbery grip. You need the rubbery grip because these things have some weight to them. They are the biggest spatulas I have ever used. They also have a beveled edge that is great for scaping the skillet or chopping up food on a flat top grill. Something else I noticed was the bottom of the handle also has a bottle opener! What a nice added touch when grilling outside on the hot days. I like that it comes in a double pack because you could even use one in each hand to really cook a lot of food on the griddle. Would even be a nice set to take camping since it has a beveled edge, saves you having one more tool while cooking.

We were replacing this item. It was exactly what we had before
