These breakfast bars taste very good. They taste about the same as other breakfast bars from other brands that I have had. Which actually is a really good point to me. I have family who have food allergies that make getting food very difficult. This is something they could have and it doesn't taste a little weird to me like the things my sibling can have. Really good actually! I love the fact that they are school friendly. None of my kids nor their classmates have allergies but it's nice to know if they did I would feel good about my decision on packing these in my kids lunch. I also love that they are not filled with sugar !
