For some reason the product description, the outside of the label (the only part you see before buying them and taking the labels off) or even the bottom of the bottles don't say if they're dishwasher safe (Blender Bottles: start mentioning it in the listing and on the outside of the label and on the bottom of the bottle itself -- it's a major selling point that cheaper bottles are openly advertising in their listings, and I almost bought the cheaper ones because they clearly stated it). They are, but you only see that after purchasing and removing the label, and seeing the information written on the back of it. So, anyway, now that that's out of the way, these bottles are great. I'm putting all kinds of powder supplements into my protein shake that never mix up particularly well when stirring or even shaking up without their little whisk ball. But, using this, after only a few shakes it's completely liquefied, no clumps/lumps -- it's the perfect shake every time. No idea what people are complaining about, I never tried version 1, so I can't possibly say which was better. But, these are amazing, imo. If you can't close or open the mouth cover, I honestly feel bad for you -- a child could do it. No leaks from the lid or the mouthpiece on mine. You must have defects if yours are leaking -- I'd contact their customer service. Long story short: I would absolutely recommend Blender Bottles.

I like this inexpensive cup. Although, If you measure do not get the black one, the measuring window is also black and you can't see the level and ozs. Get the clear one. It does seep a little while shaking sometimes, other than that its a great mixer.

It leaks when you shake it. It leaks if not completely standing upright. A lot of liquid leaks out both when shaking it and if it gets knocked over.

I believed I was going to love the product. Great first use… until I HAND WASHED in hot water. I left the lid and cup, along with other cups soaking in hot water, then washed, air dried and left ready for next use. To my surprise, the flip part of the lid no longer has a tight seal, and shaking it makes a mess, as it drips. Very disappointing, especially since I had only used it once and did NOT place it in dishwasher, (even though it says it is dishwasher safe). Water used to wash was not too hot, as it was comfortable for my hands, so I don't see why the plastic would warp.

Shaker bottle arrived with about an inch of an unknown substance. The smell was so putrid. And splashed in my face!!Contacted Walmart and promised call back , never got one!!!!! I’m still calling! UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE in bottle!!!! Would take picture, but opening again I will be exposed to the unknown and probably throw up
