I have been using this preworkout for years and the quality has stayed the same. The bomb pop is still my favorite flavor. It gives you all you need to hit the gym and sustains a 2 hour workout for me.

Love the fact that it does hold a sustainable energy and even more so doesn't give me the jitters as with some pre-workouts . As with most types of pre-workout powders there is a price tag attached but able to make it last if used when as needed only basis

Wow, this stuff is strong. I used to cat falls. Mix it with cold water shake it up and I had so much energy. I thought I was coming off the walls. It's good stuff. If you haven't had no sleep you take this. Gives you a lot of energy no crash afterwards no aftertaste taste really good a little sweet, but good stuff.

20 servings but still good product, got my workouts feeling better

The scoop is not compatible for a water bottle which is very inconvenient. And it has a packet inside to help preserve the product which is difficult to remove without wasting product. More thought needs to be considered about the consumer using the product. Overall will not be using this product in the future.
