and they have been proven right! I have fibromyalgia and (undiagnosed) ADHD and my brain fog is horrible. Since taking these it is much better! I am more mentally motivated and I feel happier in general. I have only been taking 1 most days b/c the days I've taken 2, I usually don't sleep the best that night. I'm going to try taking them earlier in the day to see if they alleviates the sleep issue.

overall it is a good product while it gave me focus and energy it did not really give me the type of fixated focus i get from taking other supplements

It gave me that start of the day boost I really needed and stayed steady all through out my day. It was enough to pick me up but not too much to keep me from going to bed.

I haven't had coffee or any other source if caffeine since taking these! Since it says 45m to an hour to kick in, i take two while i'm still in bed an hour before work. I'm literally energized all day, it's actually crazy. Thank you!!

Have it with some food but I barely notice anything. Maybe a little extra energy in the afternoon. It's subtle.

Decent for what it is and works well, but too expensive. Other brands are more affordable. I wish they had a caffeine free version, I'm sensitive to caffeine and even half a dose is too much for me. There's more caffeine in this than a cup of coffee. I wonder how many of the reviewers talking about the burst of energy they get after taking these realize that they're actually taking a caffeine pill.
