Im 41 woman and ive been in so much neck/head pain head neck tremors dizziness. I keep waking up middle of night alternating my 4 pillows. I couldnt take it. Miraculously this pillow came in 1 day and I finally was able to sleep through the night. It held my neck head in place and gave me the support to turn on my side. I highly recommend this pillow. This pillow totally restricts you from moving. It will work well for someone that only sleeps on their back and doesn’t move. The pillow is very heavy and stiff. I’m very disappointed with this pillow. I will be requesting to return it.
