This lip liner applies smoothly and is nice a stand-alone with lip gloss or as a base shade for mixing.

Creamy and precise!
I like BLK/OPL Lip Liners. Creamy. They do not break when sharpened. I use them as a base before applying lipstick for long lasting wear.
