I just started using this a few days ago, but i can say- It is very easy to mix, and I can not tell a change in my drink. But I have not noticed any difference with energy.

This creatine has no taste, just make sure to shake it up real good, so you don't get that clumpy, chalky taste in your mouth, the product is much smaller than it looks in line. I bought it because of the natural compounds and the third party testing.

Dissolved easily even in cold beverages. Give it a minute before you drink it to avoid the chalkiness.

Just knew this would be a great product because it's from Bloom. It doesn't dissolve well even in room temperature liquids, leaving a gritty taste. Going to use only because of the price I paid for this small bottle.
