I’ve used other creatine that is just as effective and is way cheaper. That being said, this did mix very well into my water. Just like other brands, parts of it will sink to the bottom but it stirs back in very nicely. I did find that it had a little bit of a taste, so I had to mix some lemon with it. Overall, good but maybe a little expensive.

The creatine seems to help hydrate the muscles so that they are more visible which I definitely see. I also seem to notice a gain in strength since starting it. The one thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t seem to fully dissolve. I put it in with warm water and it looks dissolved but then will settle and there is some still in my cup after continuously stirring. I would add to my coffee but it says to consume within ten mins.
