The headphones were okay it was what I needed you still can here a little not very much.

I absolutely love that as soon as the volume hits you hear nothing just what you're doing! I couldn't even hear my child until she was right up on me. They are awesome.

This headset has phenomenal incoming audio quality. It makes me want to listen to more music on my PC while sitting at my desk and working when I am not in meetings or taking calls. I invested in it because it reminded me of professional ones I used on CSR jobs. The only design feature to note on this model is that the headset piece is not detachable from the in line controls. Also, a 3.5 audio connector is not included as part of the headset, so you cannot use the headset on a device that does not have a USB-A port, unless you have an adaptor for the audio headphone / earbud jack of course. I use this mainly on my Windows PC with USB A port hub, but I had hoped to use it on a few devices, like an older TV remote and an older smartphone with audio headphone / earbud jacks. If that is your plan, be sure to get a model that includes that feature, as not all of them automatically include an audio jack connector now.

works as advertised. it gets really hot where I am and usually keep my fans running all day. its great that my patients i help schedule can hear me crystal clear while also cancelling the noise from my fans

Noise cancellation: good, even noises from the sender end. Yet, maybe due to the noise cancellation feature, there is a split second delay and softer beginning in recording as to deliver to the other end. Audio tone higher frequency needs to improve, as well as for the mic. Value for the money (I bought it at a discount).

Worked well for a short period of time, started experiencing audio issues. Headset quality is poor, fell on the floor by accident and headset came apart. I wouldn't recommend, price is reasonable but quality is poor.

Very painful after wearing them for awhile. I work from home and my ears get SO sore. I hear myself in my head more than what I'm listening to.

This is great for personal use but for work it was not great due to the hallow sound.
