Southern Exposure
The entire Blue Runner line is excellent; consistent quality. Expect deep rich flavor without overuse of salt and pepper spices. Real deal stuff across the board. Not sure if you want Creole, Cajun, or just good ole southern comfort, just pick any one - it's all good.

This is as close to the Louisiana style étouffée as it gets. So good with shrimp sausage and chicken.

Horrible
The smell is not good and it taste horrible. I thought if I continue to cook it the flavor will start to come out . Nah, it smell the way it taste horrible/sour. I didn't want to cook it from scratch so I thought this would be great. It Blue Runner what could go wrong, to my surprise everything. Very disappointed.
