Recommend this B12 complex. Administer this liquid supplement with dropper that measures exact daily dose. Pleasant taste. Price is reasonable. This bottle requires refrigeration. A very minor detail. Glad I found this product and it is part of my daily routine.

This product is expensive but I assume that I am getting top quality. How on earth can I know if is any good? There is no way of measuring results.

Great B12 supplement

So easy to take. This is a great supplement and works very well! I just take half a dropper in the morning and that keeps my B12 levels where they need to be. It really works well. And the taste is fine.

I like that this has a high concentration of B12. I have to take a lot of it for my autoimmune diseases and was taking 5 droppers full for the proper dosage for me. Now I only need 1 dropper!
