Bluebonnet was one of the only brands of magnesium glycinate that had 100 mg. in each individual capsule. This is good as i only have to take 100mg. a day. Also. it is made in the USA. i.e. Texas. Many brands are gummies which i do not like. I recommend these supplements. Good price.

Ordered thru Wal-mart site, not realizing this was a third party seller. Package came promptly and in original shrink, safety wrap. No issues. Product was two dollars cheaper than local store, surprisingly.

Even though it was lower in price, it is still high I went through it pretty quickly. It seemed like it was working but healing from foot surgery and neuropathy. I recommend this highly if you can afford it..
