Bluebonnet vitamins are excellent quality and i like that I can get the potassium magnesium and bromelain in one too.

Excellent!
I had been taking magnesium and potassium seperately and had wanted to try bromelain as a new addition. I was thrilled to find these consolidated into a supplement by a brand I've been happy with for years. Do note - these pills are on the large side.

Excellent!
I really like this brand all the products I have used are tops. I find this combination of Mag. Pot. and Bromolaind work well for muscle and lint support and do not have to be taken as frequently as the independent minerals. Definitely reduces cramps. with this product, I have eliminated cramps in both legs and feet.

Great for Leg Cramps & Fibro Pain
I have been using this for over 15 years. It instantly made my leg cramps go away and helps overall with general fibro pain. It is the one supplement I can't be without. If I could choose only 1 out of the many I take, it would be this. I cannot say enough about it. Also, it has remained consistent in all these years of my taking it.
