Always the best quality for my sensitive stomach - no digestion issues. Loaded with natural ingredients. Easy to swallow. Iherb has the freshest stock. I still do supplement with My Kind Calcium since I'm vegan and need the extra. Only wish they would wrap the paper shipment stuffing totally around the glass bottle instead of a layer inside. It could easily break.

Its a great product that I have used for years and I recommend it to my friends because of the great health benefits.

I started using this multi vitamin at the advice from my doctor. The quality is top of line as are all the products from Bluebonnet. I use it with breakfast every day . I'm 85 years old and extremely healthy. Vitimins and supplements are essential these days because the food supply is not as filled with vitamins as it was 50 years ago!

Bluebonnet makes quality products, carries a kosher certification (if that is pertinent for you) and this is no exception. While I prefer a tiny tablet multivitamin, my preferred brand is out of stock, so I have chosen this one because I have confidence on Bluebonnet from other products of theirs I have used and the mixture of ingredients is fine for me.

This multi vitamin has all the right ingredients (in the right form and in the right amounts) and without the unnecessary ones (which are typically used as marketing ploys). I wish the D3 content can be higher, but 800 IU is ok for folks who are not deficient. Discount codes don't usually apply for this product and this is the only downside.

These are great vitamins. You only need one a day and they are capsules so they dissolves quickly in your stomach. It helped to bring up my Iron level. Most vitamins like this does not include Iron but this one does. Also you only need to take one a day where many vitamins want you to take at least 2 a day. Perfect vitamin, goes into your system quickly and work well.

I like this balance of vitamins, but I think the 2 a day formula gives me more control over the dosage. I can recommend this product.
