Older folks need iron-free vitamins, since we aren't actively growing like our kids are. MultiONE provides a wide range of vitamins in a one cap daily format, and for a good price. It is another bonus that Bluebonnet carries kosher certification as well.

I like these vitamins. They are a capsules and much easier to take than hard pills. The hardest part about taking these vitamins was getting them out of the hard plastic wrapper that it was package in. And I was pleasantly surprised that they are in a glass bottle. One daily is all you need. They also have increased my appetite, which myself and husband both needed because we are underweight. Nothing excessive on the appetite but I have noticed it some. Haven't had any issues taking them but as with any vitamin I always take at meal time. I do believe they help with my energy too. I am 60 and a lot of days I work around the clock. As of now I would buy again.

I find that the balance of multiple B's offered in this supplement give me the umph I need to get through the day. Post menopausal we don't need the extra iron.

After years of trying to find a great Multi-Vitamin, I now have found them. My favorite Multi-Vitamin went out of business and I was wondering if I would ever find another. And BB actually exceeds what I use to buy!

This is my new favorite staple multi. I like that it is suitable for vegetarians and contains no methylated vitamins etc for those who are sensitive etc

Blue Bonnet Multi is just what I was looking for in a daily multiple that doesn't have iron in it. I believe that Blue Bonnet has quality products and that was another reason I chose this multi. I believe the ingredients in it are helpful in keeping one healthy.

This is a good basic multivitamin. I took off one star because it has more vitamin A that I would like. Other than that, it is a good quality multivitamin without herbs. I will continue to purchase it but will monitor foods containing vitamin A so I won't get too much.
